    So glad you like the game. Nice job getting the rules across. One little gaff. To continue to roll the crit you must roll another (6) and not the original target number. (remember that karma and Hero Dice can be used to boost crit rolls)

      Okay, gotcha! I went back and forth with that probably should have left that out! I am looking forward to playing the system! Thank you for putting it out!

    Convinced me. I got platers who want to be roleplying, but think even 5e is too crunchy. This is fast and focuses on what I want to be telling as a story. Also, saves me endless crunchy prepwork. Lovin it

      It really leaves tons of room for role play over rules!

    Bought the book. Lots of cool ideas. Love the 3 strikes mechanic. Looking forward to running it.

    Mashing Lavender Hack and EZ D6 Together to come up with a truly epic system.

    This system seems like it would work pretty well with a Pulp Adventure setting. I'd be interested to see if there's some branching out to different genres.

      As it reads, it’s more of a rules set. Though there are the classic fantasy races and monsters. I can totally see it as a cross genre system.

      I have not read the system yet but I'm hoping I can tweak it for a 50's scifi pulp space hexcrawl. I already have a White Box hexcrawl campaign so I'm looking for something that works for a little different game.

    This was really explained and I like the dragon character. If I could make one request, the bleeping noise hurt my ears a bit maybe explore some other options? Anyway small nitpick, and I've subscribed. 😃

      Most of the future videos don’t have the bleep sound. Welcome to the channel!

    Simple is better. But I'm a rules-lite OSR guy anyway. I hate too much crunch.

    The system sounds really cool but I didn't see anything about advancing/leveling characters. Does EZd6 have character advancement in levels or does the character gain traits or equipment as their maturity indicator?

    • @AgranakStudios
      @AgranakStudios  Год назад +2

      There are no levels or intense advancement rules. On page 48 it talks about making advancement story based. Their examples include magic items, land, titles, etc. Also, stating that a good story will keep your players coming back for more.

      @@AgranakStudios Thank you for the quick reply! That kind of advancement fits very well with the theme of the hard charging game. Works for me 🙂

      @@mmookkdashaman3482maybe you can give them new strike points or they can choose a new path for the characters or they get an extra hero dice
