Good morning sean from the uk. Thank you for your amazing strethese, they are helping me out so much with my back, Working wonders🙏 My back has been fine but yesterday was feeling a little bit tight and twingy. But this morning I look for one of your stretches. And this one just appears. Perfect for what I need today. Keep up the fantastic work. Wish we could get ten inches of snow, But I think if we did. The country would have a meltdown. 🤣🤣🤣 In 7 days time it will be christmas day 2023 So I just wanted to wish you and your family. A very merry christmas and a happy new year. Happy holidays everyone stay safe.
I'm mostly a runner and every couple months I tweak my back, usually doing something silly like moving the trash can, turning on a light switch, or brushing my teeth. It's like a pop and I'm almost locked up for a second or two. I always tell myself I need to take care of my back and stay flexible and loose. This video helped because I believe the root cause of these back tweaks is that my back is tired and I get lazy about bending my spine instead of being loose and engaging my hips or shoulders. All this to say thank you Coach Vigue. Been watching some of your vids for years and you'll be happy to know you're my go to when I need a stretch, yoga or pilates video. In my ideal world I would do stretching everyday and yoga or pilates once per week, running twice per week, and a fun recitational activity like soccer/basketball. My body and my free time doesn't always allow this.

So my lower back was hurting from trying to overdo the warrior hugs from a couple of days ago. This stretch really helped relieve most of that pain. I will try and do this every night. Thanks a lot coach Vigue !

Hi Sean! I do BJJ which involves a lot of hinging forward, being defensive off of your back. At the moment I'm suffering with a bit of lower back pain/pinching(sometimes crops up after a back bend). Your videos are a great help but do you have any further recommendations?
Whenever I do Cow Pose my stomach feels painfully stretchy...is that normal? Can the stomach get too tight? And do you have a video on how to fix that? (I know my chest area used to be so tight I got heart-attack like feelings ever so often because it was so tight. Stretches for that would also be nice, if you have any videos on that.)
Hey Sean, I’m new to yoga and just started two weeks ago from watching your videos. I’m really inflexible and am just wondering if hips and hamstring yoga will improve my posture? I find it hard to keep my thoracic area of my spine straight and my shoulders back and down with some of even the basic stretches, mainly the seated ones. Ps, how much times should I do yoga each day to improve ? I do weight train 5-7 days a week with 3-4 days of conditioning
Ok, this routine has definitely helped me with the tightness in my back but maybe it would be nicer without all the distractions. Don’t quite understand how the breaths help but I know they do. Is that your cute little baby at the end?

You can put your knees down in Dolphin. I teach these poses a lot and have built up some endurance.
