How to get Item level 398 gear with the BEST Farm in Dragonflight - Gear, Gold and Reputation

This is I would say the most amazing farm in game, you get a chance on amazing high item level loot, with a Item level 398 Cloak and a 389 Neck. You get amazing gold making opportunities with signet drops that you can sell on the AH, and you grind keys for rep with Wrathion or Sabellion to then open chests with up to 850 gold inside. Not only that you can then also get Artifacts to hand in with other factions for EVEN MORE REP! And if Transmog is your thing, then this farm is the best all round farm in Dragonflight, I would even say in the games history!
All you need to do is go to the Obsidian Citadel and grind mobs for 7 hours! And hey Presto you got it!

This is probably one of the best, if not THE BEST all round farm in World of Warcraft. Amazing Gear, great gold opportunities, reps for 2 of the 4 Dragonflight factions and Transmog as well! With Darkmoon Faire up as well you get even more rep!
Don’t forget about the Slumbering Worldsnail Mount! I grinded for about 3 hours and got my 1,000 Magmotes after getting the Worldbreaker membership! Sounds crazy but Wowhead has all the info you need for the Mount listed above!

Colbalt farm is also a really good way to get nice rings. Doesn't take too long if the server isn't laggy

I spent some time there. Perhaps 90 minutes or so and moved on. I’m surprised I lasted so long.
Yeah if you catch it at the wrong time it can be a while, it's on about a 2 hours to 2 hours 30 respawn timer at the moment

I’ve seen a lot of people say that this got nerfed is it still worth grinding now or should I just focus on something else and passively do it week by week?
It all depends on what content you're doing like the cloak and neck ilvl will give you a really good boost for the start of m+ and raiding but in a few weeks becomes redundant as you'll get higher ilvl in that content.
But if it's the transmog you're after then do it passively for sure
Hi! What are obsidian elite quests for gear? I tried googling but can’t find anything online regarding them. I’m worried I did them at low time level. Any help on this would be super appreciated!
I believe it is a weekly quest that you can do, its from the npcs next to either Wrathion or Sabellion

I just hit max rep on Wrathion on my main and got the two gear pieces, is this rep account wide? If I lvl up an alt can I buy those two gear pieces directly?

Apparently they have slightly reduced the hyper spawn area however it is still better than most grinding areas. It might just take you a bit longer to grind the rep.
So now you can do it with 5 people in the group?
@@nalorakkkkYou always could, but what people have been doing is 2 x 4 farms, its an old school tactic to have 8 people in the same phase be able to tag the mob instead of a group of 5 and no one else since it goes grey instead. If that makes sense xD
Also, those elementals only give 1.1% chance at key framings while elites give 10%, so after the nerf you might be better off killing the elites on the other side of the basement or else you will be flooded with fragments and less keys
I kinda like it and hate it at the same time haha i am 381 ilvl atm (hard griending last week)
Yeah I feel like that with it too. But it feels great when you've completed it. Some of my guildies kept going for Sabellion too and they're 6/6 with both. You do get a really cool mount from it though so i might try it.

Absolutely so it's best to do it now. I'm tempted to go back and get Sabellion finished off tbh. But it's a long grind haha

this farm is dead ;( rep got nerfed to the ground, its not dead but the gains has been greatly nerfed
