there’s 1 resistance band workout on my channel rn :) but plan to do more yes!
Usually I have "very short" hamstrings but in this 90/90 I am able to lay on my leg.. interesting.... :D
Well they are shortened in the position (knees bent). 😜 But the 90-90 is a great overall hip mobility exercise. 🔥

Is there an informed, science based consensus concerning how long after a ride to do this routine?
Probably, but I haven’t looked that far into it (yet). 😊 Personally it feels best on my body if I do one within 30 mins after the ride.
