Yo Doc. The "creature" at the end is a Cyber. It's a robot that still has the brain (and sometimes spine) of the person. So basically they retain their Kombat (combat) knowledge but are now a robot that can be used by their creators for whatever means. In MK9 sub zero gets turned into a Cyber (Cyber sub zero) and tries to kill his friends due to his programming. Luckily they manage to destroy the circuitry that makes him do that and he becomes an ally again.
Forgot to add the Cybers were made to enhance the fighters by basically taking away their weaknesses like meat and bones, while also like I said earlier, making them blindly follow orders

8:16 Johnny Cage's uppercut would glitch and he could decapitate his opponent 3 times before they died. This is an homage to that. MK has lots of nods back to earlier works.
Actually the glitch was that if you were fast enough you could do Johnny's fatality twice in MK1. In MK2 it was an easter egg to knock off three heads if you held a certain button combo during it.
I loved Rain's first fatality where he blasts two holes into the opponent before slicing them into 3, but also the reference to Bohemian Rhapsody was absolute gold.
This isn't all to surprising to me. I went into the doctor to get a cyst checked out. It was grey and about the size of fingernail on your pinky. After the nurse checked it out, I overheard him tell another nurse how cool it looked. Wasn't anything serious, but I remember at the time thinking, "Dude! What the fuck?" 🤣
I’m a huge Terminator fan and the way he sent you into the future to the war against the Machines was so sick .. how the robot spotted you and killed you was so cool .. I love it

It's odd, seeing how this game went from "starting moral panic" because of the fatalities to ER Doctors providing commentary on the fatalities. Still, enjoyed the video.
Ironically they are using a character with green/blue blood instead of red to showcase these. Changing the blood color was how they censored the original game. We've basically looped back around and it's probably the only thing keeping a video like this on RUclips in 2022.

I'd love to see Dr. Wagner react to the X-Ray moves of MK9 and X. After watching his MK9 fatalities reaction and the enjoyment of the cab stage fatality, I'm interested on his take of all the other ones where that's the focus, especially with the blood vessels and muscle being shown off in some considering his anatomy encouragement in games.
Why does 15:03 remind me of the original Hellraiser? Someone is a fan of Hellraiser. Pinhead used that exact method (minus the portals) with chains to rip someone into pieces by hooking them onto the body.
Definitely think the Johnny Cage one where he goes "Who hired this guy what the f***?" And the Sub-Zero one where he slams the head and spine onto the impaled body are my favorites. And the Shang Tsung work of art is just straight up nightmare fuel, I LOVE IT.

I already commented on Doctor ER’s page but Gameology do the x-rays and krushing blows. Would love to see which ones are survivable and which ones are not as well as if they are realistic.
Imagine going to the ER and this doctor says to you: "Love the artwork of your injuries! The way you got different types of injuries, so great!" Idk if I should feel offended or honored.
Here is a bit of lore for that last Frost fatality. Basically, a former leader of the assassin clan “Lin Kuei” started to convert their members into cyborgs (most of which unwillingly) and has gone back and forth between starting and ending it between games. Frost here is trying to reinstate it while usurping the current leader and her former master, Kuai Liang, who is very much against the idea.
Mk11 lost the brutal touch they used to do with the previous mk games Mk11 focuses on more blood and gore and explosions rather than making it brutal and painful
