They compete on a six-country tour as part of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. Have been following Molly on RUclips. She is amazing and so real
RUclips suggested a Molly video when she was competing in Bosnia last November. I've been hooked on her channel ever since. She's such a positive person, while being so real about that anxiety, her body image, her worries. It's very refreshing to watch her videos.
And those dives? Wow. I'm terrified of the 3 meter boards, to do 20 would never happen for me.
I'm 70 years old. YOU follow your dream=don't let anything stop you. God bless.

I've enjoyed diving from dams, cliffs & pool boards during my teen age, not fully aware of dangers, competition rules and the science of impact.
Diving enthusiasts and aspirants to be a high diving athlete must be healthy, trained by sports and safety professionals.

Because of body mass and the way the impact affects the different builds.
wonder how they know to time their moves
Practice. They use trampolines, among other methods, as well as diving from lower heights to get repetitions in with less impact.

Men have more body mass
girls dive at 60 feet while guys have to dive at 90??? what happened to equal rights, may as well be completely different leagues
Men have different BMI please try and keep up
Probably because men take less damage with harder hits due to things such as bone density. When they hit the water it's a hard hit even when landing perfectly.
