Ingredients:
Dough:
all purpose flour 500 grams ( 4 cups
sugar 100 grams ( 1/2 cup)
salt 8 grams (1 1/4 tsp)
instant yeast 10 grams (1 tbsp)
warm milk 250 grams ( 250ml)
egg yolks 97 grams ( 5 large egg )
boiled mashed potato 125 grams (1/2 cup)
butter 120 grams (1/2 cup + 1 tsp )
Buttercream icing:
butter 2/3 cup (150 grams)
powder sugar 1 1/4 cup (150 grams)
milk 4 tbsp
Toppings:
parmessan cheese/ cheddar cheese/ queso de bola/(Grated)
You can use any type of cheese
Baking time: 18 minutes until slightly golden brown
Oven temperature: 150°c
Note: hindi po pareho mga oven natin kaya dapat kilala nyo po ang mga oven nyo or mas mas maganda gumamit ng oven thermometer.
or bantayan nyo po maya maya tingnan para hindi mo masunog. madali po syang masunog kasi manipis po ang dough ng ating ensaymada at napakalambot ng dough.
Tips:
Dapat tama ang sukat ng ingredients para hindi tayo magkamali
mas maganda kung may weighing scale para accurate. or sundin sa video ang tamang pagsukat ng flour.
Dapat tama ang dough natin gawin ang window pane test para sigurado malambot ang ensaymada.
Dapt wag sobrahan ang alsa ng dough para hindi mag dry ang tinapay at umasim ang lasa.
Dapat tama ang pag bake ng tinapay wag masyadong matas ang temperature para hindi masunog agad.

I made this and followed your directions. This was SOOOOO good. The bread was so soft. I made my own Ube halaya and it was yummy! This is a keeper recipe. I’m going to test it out with instant mash potatoes next time. I think when I freeze it, I will just freeze it with the bun alone without butter or sugar (my family doesn’t like all that cheese). I can add it later after warming it up. Thank you for the recipe and the video. ❤

Hello you can bought this mold online. Search the page bailiwick academy shop. This called ensaymada molder. They shipp nationwide. Or you can bake this bread on muffin or cupcake pan. Just reduce the grams 60 grams.

Hi hindi po ang cake flour para po sa mga cake recipe. Masyado malambot ang dough pag cake flour hindi po sya magiging elastic. May cornstarch content po kasi sya.
