    Ingredients:
    Dough:
    bread flour 500 grams ( 3 3/4 cups)
    sugar 50 grams ( 3 1/3 tbsp)
    salt 8 grams ( 1 tsp)
    instant yeast 7 grams (1 tsp)
    yolk 1 large (19 grams)
    1 whole egg large (60 grams)
    water 1/2 cup (120 grams)
    warm milk 150 ml (1/2 cup + 3 tbsp)
    butter 50 grams (4 1/2 tbsp)
    Pastry cream/custard:
    yolk 2 large
    sugar 50 grams (4 1/2 tbsp)
    cornstarch 23 grams (3 tbsp)
    vanilla 1 tsp
    milk 250 ml ( 1 cup + 2 tbsp)
    butter 15 grams (1 tbsp)
    whipping cream 1 3/4 cup ( add later)
    Toppings:
    Cheese
    powder sugar and milk mixture ( same amount 1/4 cup)
    extra butter for brushing
    Baking time: 18-20 minutes (160°c)

    Proven & tested ko na po mga recipes mo maam, lalo po yung ensaymada na my potatoes. Ginagamit ko din po sya sa mga asian breads, kahit ilang days na po super lambot parin. Naka abang po ako lagi sa mga new uploads mo po. ❤

    Ginawa ko po ang recipe nyo, sa una napalpak po ako sa dough. Di sya gaano umalsa, pinagawaan ko na lang po paraan(watched RUclips pano mapaalsa ulit ang dough) naging maganda pa din po ang outcome at nasarapan lahat ng kumain. Kulang pa. Hehehe. Pero para lang din syang ensaymada... Para sa akin, incomparable pa rin ang ensaymada natin na may cream cheese. Thanks po

    At paano nga din po kung double ang recipe, same time din po ang resting time or idouble na rin po? Salamat po.

      Same procedure lang. Basta ang mahalaga di po ma ovenproof ang dough during final rise.

      Opo nalakihan ko kasi ng size yong dough. Gaya ng sinabi ko first time ko pa po ginawa kaya dko pa po natancha.
