Basta yeast raised donut dapat Fried.. Kung baking pwder gamit mo pampa arsa ng donut is baked dapat... Pero hindi mapapantayan ng baked donut ang lightiness and softness and fluffinness ni Fried...

Hello po kailangan b talaga cold water ...hinde b pwde room temperature or normal water ...second question po kailangan b talaga ng bread flour hinde b pwde all purpose flour lng....third question need b talaga ng bread improver kc yung ibang npanood ko wala nman.....pls pkisagot nman...gumawa kc ako ang tigas ng dough 😢
Cold water is important... As in very cold... kelangan ito para hindi mag activate ang yeast during mixing... Lahat ng ungredients dapat Cold... Breadflour ang dapat gamitin bec it has more protein needed for gluten development... Pag mas develop ang gluten mas stable ang dough to hold Air during fermentation at hindi babagsak...as long as hindi naman overproof...
