Brotato Potato me too; been sober since December 27th now. Every three weeks or so on a Friday or Saturday night I’ll get the itch to go get shitfaced and find a random woman to preoccupy me for the night. In those moments, I’ll throw on my headphones and listen to This Past Weekend and go to the gym. It’s working for me but it gets lonely sometimes and it can be really difficult knowing just 3-5 shots can take away the stress & depression. But I know deep down inside it would only be a transient reprieve at best. At worst, well we all know where 3-5 shots can lead us in reality: some really dark places.
Boredom is the enemy. Gotta exercise and find a hobby. Stay busy as fuck. When your bored your mind will deceive you.
Theo is extra upbeat in this one, good to see him in a good mood. Gang.

Don’t text them, call them, stalk their social media etc. DELETE them off social and media and delete their number. Cut them off completely. Understand that they broke your heart so why would you want someone who hurts you in your life? Instead realize you’ll eventually meet someone even better who truly cares for you and things will work out trust me on this.

MY Appendix burst 2 times last year they was unable to remove it because it had a huge cyst the size of a orange on it. Anyways February 15th of this year I finally had my appendix removed turned out I had appendix cancer. Don't sound like no built big deal huh I had to do a procedure which was call Hipec nicknamed M.O.A.S Mother of all surgeries it's basically where they cut out half of your colon then they remove the fat from your tummy. I got this whole procedure done Thursday I'm in the hospital right now can't sleep glad you're putting on a show onward gang gang.

Theo im having alotta trouble these days with anxiety and depression, i think alot of its due to a relationship that i just let slip away bc i thought i would feel better without this girl, but then realizing months later that i want the girl back. I think my brain just wants me to not feel ok, because this seems to happen to me alot as i do something that at the time feels like it should help me but later down the road ill think back and just wish i had whatever i lost (if that makes any sense). The geto boys song “mind playing tricks on me” pretty much sums me up. Well i just wanted to tell alittle about myself on here since i dont have anyone else to really talk to about how i feel. Maybe someone reading this understands how i feel and would like to share some imput about themselves aswell. I hope you all the best.
