This is a huge step in maturity and growing into adult. For me it was the change from looking at things in the first person and start looking at the world in the third person. It's real secret to life type shit.

When my depression is kicking my ass and I’m just miserable with myself, which is more often than not, you’re my Therapy. You vocalize how it feels so well and give spot on analogy’s, and you joke about it and it makes me forget about my pain, and it’s a reminder that we’re not alone in how we feel. Hey Theo, try running at least three miles every single day. Make the first mile a slow warm-up mile and try to run the next 2. It takes out alot of existential angst. Working out everyday helps too.

I'm angry all the time myself. It's my fault I keep myself in this angry state. All have to do is leave but I guess I need the excuse to be angry. Maybe I dont want to be ok and I keep lying to myself that I do.
I was like that in my teen years early 20's. It literally is a fuel, but not clean burning.
Self loathing is the only thing we know sometimes. It's our comfort zone.
Remember anger comes from sadness, shame and guilt if left unchecked. I'm trying to navigate this myself
