That was some amazing advice, Theo. I've been at that bad place, where it seems like nothing you can do is right. It's a dark place where despair can set it's nasty hooks. I hope that young man listened to you - your words were inspired!

I grew up with my father in AA clubs. Hes been 36 years sober. He went from someone I hated to being my hero. Change for the positive no matter how hopeless is very possible. Me and my dad are proof.

I'm on my bed, getting ready for work, crying. Because it feels like Theo is talking right to me. "Youre not a bad person". I'm just struggling a little bit with feeling good about myself, other people and the world right now.
9:07 is why I always tune in.
My heart broke when I listened to the last caller. At the end, when he was trying to keep the convo positive, , delivering his "gang gang" with a breaking voice... I have felt that same, sinking feeling. It seems like the hits just keep rolling. Theo is right, , gotta keep moving, take action..be proactive in repairing the damage. Just decide what should be done first, and handle it to the very best of your ability. Then, on to the next. But just keep it moving. When we clamp up, and close off, we stagnate. Remember someone said "how do you eat an elephant?... one bite at a time" And use your loved ones and/ or church family to keep you bolstered, and keep your forward momentum.
All my prayers and Love go out to this Man, and his family. Tough times carve strong people. Be Strong! Onward

Hey Theo. The craziest place I’ve ever been is my mothers Womb.
That JI you got in Louisiana usually comes from fabric softener or the type of washing soap used to wash your shorts or pants. When you get hot and start sweating, the sweat brings out the chemicals in the soap or fabric softener and it breaks out your skin. You need to find a washing soap without a bunch of perfume chemicals added. Then you won't get the JI anymore. It comes from your skin reacting to the soap.
If you lie with DOGS, you're gonna get FLEAS...if you catch my drift!!

Oh man.. Yesterday the season ended at work.. only a half of visitors compared to usual days and only a third compared to a peak day. I had to do much less movement and I was crushed. Almost got to depression zone, thank God he helped me stay only bored and apathic. Will have to find myself some sport to do, maybe some combat sport. One really needs to keep that blood flowing, keep heart rate higher and maybe even body temperature. I never noticed it when I was younger, but now I'm somehow more sensitive or able to notice that. And also you people talked about it on podcasts - you Theo, Joe the Powerful, and many more.. Keep moving, keep going and head will follow.
By the way thank you guys. You really save a lots of people's minds and lives. Through your podcasts I keep finding myself.

My advice for the future and what I try to do, continue to be honest and look at things honestly and sometimes you realize, you are in good company. Lots of interesting people who have interesting stories have made lots of mistakes. It's a turning point.
