I just have to say that I really love your workouts. I’ve been following you on RUclips for several months now and you’re actually my favorite. I can tell that you put a lot of thought and planning into your videos, as it really shows. This workout was so creative and challenging, it just flew by. My arms will certainly be sore! I like how you give cues on proper form without the excessive chatter. Although, I do enjoy the little talks during the stretch. Thank you for these videos. I look forward to working out with you every week!

loved the cardio to start off strength, after that it went too fast and abrupt for my slowness levels so i wound up doing my own thing. it's great for some and for me , i prefer the time versus rep and not switching so fast, it makes me feel mentally delirious and too fast to get into good form before switching again. great workout as always though!!
I love that format! My back must be weak - can’t do those squat frontraise things, and have to switch to 3 pounds for those leaning front/side raises. Something to work on, right?! Thx!! Xo
I could not keep up with you on the 6x6. I liked the other moves though can I mention that the description was different than what you did (lat raise instead of a curl and a shoulder press instead of a lat raise)?
I loved this one. I liked the cardio at the beginning and the heavy lifting. I burned a lot of calories in a short amount of time.

I mostly do timed for that reason. Not everyone is at the same level, and that's ok. Just wanted a bit of that in this multi format ;)

I do 3x strength, 2x cardio hiit, or strength and cardio hiit! Hike on weekends
