Thanks Kim for showing me this one I tackled it today! That was ALL OUT upper body and that finisher? Was the hardest upper body finisher I think I've ever done. I don't know how you used 15lbs Tracy...I used 12 and took a break at the 5 mark and again at the 8 but I finished! wow brutal but I loved it!
I wish more people liked this kind of training instead of all the cardio , lol. Honestly, this is what will sculpt that upper body. Well, you know this, but I wish others believed this!

A separate upper and lower version of this, a great compound or power hour, and then add one cardio blaster and you have a perfect workout week! I have to lift to make any progress. I love the impact cardio. It was my jam for years but it's just not effective for me anymore. Not to mention, my joints are loving the improved overall strength.
This was a great workout. I haven't done upper body in a while, so this was a nice change. It was a lot harder than I anticipated. I almost quit early but stuck it out. Took every but of energy for the last pushup, row, etc. Thanks Tracy!

Prior to doing your videos I was always working on full body and never did concentration workouts but then after becoming a member and following the calendar I love it and this workout was a good upper body one! So important to do progressive overload on different parts of the body ! Thanks

After finding your channel i unsubscribed them all and follow only yours. Am training to be a psychiatrist and i suggest your workouts as a form of therapy to many patients with depression and anxiety. And you seriously deserve millions of subscribers.

Great workout but I couldn't finish I ran out of time to complete the whole workout. And I almost died.😅💀Tomorrow I do the last 25 minutes. Wow the excersises are full intensity moves. I couldn’t lift more than 10lbs and 14 lbs. I fatique that's when I had to stop.🙈 The setting is new I like it even if it’s less cosy. You have more space though. 😉 Thank you Tracy. 👍💪😘
Tracy Steen I didn’t have full ROM on the shoulder for some of the exercises and I modified some of the i between exercises. But I kept moving and got it DONE!

I liked the cardio bursts at the end of each circuits, always nice to add that in! 👍. And, yikes, that Bear Crawl sequence between circuits, oh my! 🔥 I went and did your 15 minute HIIT workout you posted today, right after this. Let's just say "I'm toast"! 💪🏻🔥😄
This was hard but SO good! After second circuit trying to do the bear crawls I was like a baby deer trying to walk, shaky arms!! Really love workouts like this! Hoping to add your quick hiit from holiday hustle group but may wait until tomorrow for that, I'm toast 😂
Why in the world did that seem so hard, man that was a killer! First round I was feeling the burn, forget about that last part I think I managed 3😩. Upper body is usually my strong suit, ha not today. Nice new workout space btw😊
Great workout. Just what I needed since I have to give my knee a little break. (No bear crawls for these knees though 😯I do a ton of upper body work already, and this is a nice workout addition. Love the new workout space too! No sun in your eye today.

Not all trackers measure the energy expenditure accurately, which is why there is an * beside the number (indicating that this is an average, and it's what I burn - may be different for anyone else depending on speed, intensity, and how heavy the weights are).
