    I work in the oil patch. These workouts are going to be so beneficial to me staying on track while at work. The professionalism in your content, the easy to follow workouts, the warm atmosphere for your videos & your genuine modest personality are top notch in my book. So glad I found you! And you include stretching! Amazing

      Well thank you Laura! That is great to hear :) I had a friend who worked in the oil patch for a few years too, and she was also diligent about training while up there. She had a gym where she was staying, but said at times she would stay in her small space and just do bodyweight workouts...which, btw, I am filming one of those today while I'm away on vacation, away from the weights :)

    since my legs were toast from yesterday's workout, this was a great match for today. Love the planks incorporated with upper body. Thanks for the shrugging cues...I needed it, mine kept creeping up!

    This was my Sunday's workout after a rest day yesterday. My glutes were still sore so picked this workout. I modified the 2 lower body exercises and made it only upper body. But that Powell raise was crazy. I modified it every time after a couple of reps. Phew. Overall a good work out and my shoulders felt the burn more. Thanks.

      Vidya Vastare I just did this workout this morning, and you're right, those Powell raises are something else! I can only do them with 3 lb dumbbells! The position really targets those rear delts perfectly, and I hope to keep practicing them and gradually increase my weight. Have you done this workout since a year ago?

    I was so happy to see This upper body workout since I'm still waiting for my back to feel better. Thanks so much Tracy. Added a mile walk in later on during the day and have cut back on my vegan junk food since I can't hit it hard right now. Maybe that's a blessing in disguise. My daughter and I watched Alias Grace too. I swear I think I subscribe to Netflix just to watch Vampire Diaries over and over again. Lol. Anne with an E is good too. Saved your lower body workout and can't wait to do it. My daughter loved it.

    Wow thanks for that it was great. Really nice sequences that I had not thought of before. I totally agree on the Netflix thing! I have just ended an addiction to Better Call Saul! That was intensive 😆

    Oh I loved this one! Thank you for a wonderful workout. The batwings really got me. I have been lifting weights for years, live on a farm, buck bales, haul 50lb feed bags around like children ;) etc etc. I still had to drop weight multiple times during this workout. You targeted muscles I have apparently neglected lol.

    Loved this one. Really felt it on the third round. Had to lower weights but my heart was pumping. Really enjoy working with dumbbells. I have barbell too. Only just started. Do you have any workouts for beginners? Preferably FBW. Thank you Tracy. 💪🏻👏🏻👍

    Oh, wow! You are reading my mind this week. I did your 50 Minute upper body workout this am. So, a ? for your next ?/answer forum--how do you give up those things that you know are wrecking your diet? I love those Late July chips but go way overboard--carb tipping overload. Cannot wait to do this! Thank you!--Kelly

      I've never heard of those chips, must be a US thing ;) My answer would be to a)Find a substitute that is lower carb and healthier. b)Think about your pattern of behaviour around the chips. Are you actually hungry and require real food in that moment? Has it become automatic when you come home from work and you're starving, or late at night and you're bored? Discovering your patterns is an important first step!

    Nice upper body workout! I like those Powell raises, I am weak at those, so had to use 3 lbs! I really felt a lot of rear delt engagement, so I should do those more often to try to build up strength there. All the other exercise were really good, too. With a few of them I felt my abs working , too. Especially the pullovers, and the overhead holds.
    I know, I was sore from that lower body workout the other day, too! Thanks, Tracy =)

      Yes, a lot of rear delt for me in those too. Just working on a hard compound workout for next week...should be good!

    Great workout awesome and intense I used most of the circuits 8, 10 and 4 lbs dumbells. The slide pushups are very hard and the Powell raise too.😂
    An upper body burn.💥💦
