Fantastic workout, great mixture of exercises and the 3 rounds made a difference. Heart rate pumping and definitely made the sweat pour. Hardest one for me was the sit squat thrust, thought I would expire!! Mind I am an OAP lol!!! Thank you
Please just a bit slower between transitions. Esp coming up off the floor. Hate to slow down fitter watchers but for beginners esp over 40 some transitions are fast. Fantastic though!
