Мне недавно подсказали как жарить баклажаны, чтоб не приходилось делать ремонт после каждого раза. После того как полили оливковым маслом и хорошо перемешали, разложить на противень и в разогретую духовку на минут 20-25 иногда перемешать. И вуа ля:)))

Can I ask you why you didn't leave the eggplants so sweat under salt, before use??? as they say it is needed to take off the bitterness of the eggplant??? Thanks ! (y) In the meantime I am enjoying the little Beg saying Papa all the time to a yearning Mama to hear the right word ! Love it..... Looks great! But it would be better if your husband could film the food from above (bird perspective) rather than zooming in out constantly I couldnt see the ingredients properly.

I agree, I told him the same thing after watching this, he was experimenting his new lens attached to the tripod and wasn't able to move much
