As far as the musicians - this the A-Studio Band - Khazah-Russian group. This is their song. Their vocalists sang this song for many years... in a jazzi style. He died few years ago. The band was invited as guests (the 30th anniversary of the group) to the New Wave singing contest. This is the annual contest in Russia, Sochi held by the Black Sea, and they chose Dimash to sing this song... certainly in a new style.
You completely drowned out his run from the high note near the end and didn't even notice that he did it.

Lol the only difference Bastau vs Singer is strictly technic. Bastau version is the closest and best polished version of all other singers to original blue alien soprano. I prefer Singer version, you can actually taste a bit of his bel canto technique control. Peace!

Lol I binge watch all these dimash react videos and everytime the coaches want to explain things and imitate the notes .. I am like..ew ..why does it sound so ugly when they do it 😂😂. Noci grant is one of the few I enjoy listening to.
Mallory Mallory I think she hits the notes really well. But when you’re just doing a video reaction and you aren’t using the best microphone, it doesn’t sound as good because the sound comes out more loud and shrill. But if she was using an actual singing mic it would sound better. That’s just my theory because to me it sounds like she can sing really well and it’s just the audio quality making it sound a little weird.

Dude WTH are you taking about🤨, she's one of the extremely few coaches who can actually replicate Dimash. 😒what's wrong with you. I think she has about 4 octaves herself. She actually nailed a few of the notes Dimash used in the video above.
Watch her other reactions, Her and there is one more coach on YT called Ken Templin; they both professional singers. They mimic Dimash's range extremely well
@@aakashsuryi9098 I actually found out that Ken Templin is using Head voice not Chest or Mixed Voice, and she's a girl so meh.....
Dimash performing that 24 second breath while belting high then sliding even higher then adding vibrato then doing a bunch descending runs in 1 24 second breath is one of the most incredible vocal feats I've seen or heard from any singer in my entire life and most singers and vocal coach reactions are absolutely gobsmacked by it but the reactor in this video didn't seem impressed or even acknowledge how insanely talented and technically difficult that part was. She just seems to notice and mention peak notes and that's all. There is sooooo much more to Dimash than just what the highest note he can hit is.
Yup her behavior is quite sad and unprofessional.

I've watched over 20 reaction videos these past few days and she's the only one who had the nerve to do so. And not even complementing him on his 25s run..

Unfortunately (don't get me wrong) because you stopped the video, you missed that what started as the B flat 5 near the end of Sinful Passion, lasted for a full 23 seconds during which he didn't catch the breath! 😉❤️
And, in a previous video you've said that you never heard his normal voice... you stopped the video and skipped to SOS... you missed the part where he talk to the audience 😂😉❤️
BTW he won an international award for this performance. Slavenia Bazaar.
Love your reactions, but you stopped the video right in the middle of a 22 second descending run at the end of Sinful Passion...Please consider rewinding a few seconds when you stop to make a point.

I've only seen like two reactors acknowledging that inhumanity. I don't understand how
@@TeaOnTue I notice she misses, or at least doesn't acknowledge a ton of stuff besides checking how high a note is. There's an atomic bomb of different styles, techniques, and fantastic vocal feats happening and 80 or 90 % mentioned is just about measuring a note's pitch ("e6," "c5", etc.).

Those are all vocal coaches and/or singers. The first one is new and probably one of the best breakdowns and explanations of all the techniques and feats being done.
No vocal coach is able to mimic the sound and notes like you do... you are really really good
Yeah I've noticed that as well. She herself has quite a range on her. She can nail some of Dimash notes. I wonder if she can play with her voice arabic style like Dimash 5:55

She is a woman. Dinesh can do the high notes way better than any other singer , keep in mind he is a man singing sopranos notes.
But note that she is a female with already registered high pitch by default. But Dimash is a male and hitting those high notes is amazing !!!

Dimash has reinvented ‘SINFUL PASSION’, a beautiful song from 1998, originally created and performed by Kazakhstan band, A-Studio (the same band on this stage with Dimash). Sinful Passion was composed by Baigali Serkebayev (at keyboards.) With the excellent A-Studio band members supporting him, Dimash reformats this 90’s pop-rock piece with minimum fuss, and an abundance of crossover elegance.

@@sorrym8421 SOS was written by Michel Berger specifically for a friend Daniel Balavoine. "SOS D'un terrien en detresse" went on to become a huge hit in France and around the world in 1992. Dimash has a team of arrangers (although he himself is finishing his Masters Degree in Composition) who adapt songs for him. Igor Krutoy writes songs specifically for Dimash like the brilliant Ogni Pietra. Dimash also composes some songs, for example the song War and Peace, in Russian, of which there is a rare fancam-video on RUclips somewhere. I’ve watched many reactions and nobody could match his notes with ease on the fist shot like you demonstrated each time! I think poeple wanted you to react to S.O.S again just because the version on "the worlds best" was severly cut short and didnt portray the emotions of the song but was more a showcase of highnotes.
