He recently did Diva Dance again, combined with another song, Drunken Concubine which is from a Chinese Opera and it's a duet with another male singer. I would love for you to review that one to compare him doing the same song, 3 years later especially since he just continues to get better.
I agree. The more recent rendition is better and more clear. I also love the fact that Dimash always adds a little Dimash touch to every song he sings to make it just his. I think the Diva Dance is another one of those such songs where he slightly changes it from other singers in a very refreshing way.
The Singer Diva Dance right after Confessa will always remain my favorite Diva Dance performance by Dimash.

I agree and would love to see a reaction and analysis but you've got to be careful with that one. Several reactors that did that one had their videos taken down and got a copyright strike. China doesn't play, unfortunately.

On Dimash's channel there are performances you haven't reacted to yet like two of his more recent ones "Qairan Elim" a different style but I love his breath control in that video, also his directorial debut. There's "Endless Dimensions" ost for the Italian scifi just released. There's a hella lot others out there also worth reacting, the few i can think of like "Ocean over time"; "The Meaning of Eternity"; "Battle of Memories" tho' these are studio recordings of soundtracks to game videos, the voice is perfect. He truly is a vocal god. Thanks Ms Emi, keep rockin'!!!

The first verse of Confessa was sung in Chinese, the rest of the song in Italian.
That's cool to combine the two for one song ! Was it written like that , or did Dimash do that to be fancy ?!

You're more fun than most people I meet.
Go back to review The 5th Element and then watch his newer performances of Diva Dance (he drops it a 1/2 step but definitely ads his Dimash flavorings to it), but since it's so short maybe do a double header with the "Drunken Concubine" medley he does with that in it... As far as I know he's the only male alive that can do it.
It's SICK what he does with the duet medley version. You'll know when it happens.

Dear Emi, no matter how long you need between reactions I will always watch the second I see that you have. I adore your Lovely gold necklace although I can't place the design. He did a better version of Diva Dance at Bastau that was even more impressive. Diva Dance was written as a song for the movie the 5th Element for an alien opera singer and was supposed to be nearly impossible for human singers to do. Only a handful of people have ever mastered it, and out of them only Dimash can hit all the lowest notes as well as the highest ones while nailing the crazy staccato notes, hops, and runs.
It's not that he hits "all the lowest notes" though. If you watch the actual movie or clips from it, you'll realize he goes way lower. Like maybe two octaves lower 😅

We could explain that the song was written to be sung by an alien character in the movie and be basically impossible to be sung by a human. That explains the weirdness. Its become a challenge that a few people have actually pulled off, or more or less pulled off.

You have a personality bigger than Dallas. (In Texas that's a huge compliment.) It's so great to see you back with a reaction. I've been a Dimash "Dear" for two years now. As a vocalist/performer, I think he's a wondrous phenomenon, and on a basic human being level, I find him to be unique, interesting, and humble. I know you are a great vocalist and a professional vocal teacher and you feel the same way about him.
I would love you to do reactions to the Chinese performance artist, singer/songwriter, and arranger Hua Chenyu. He is a very unique in his musical performances, and like Dimash, he blends genres within one song. A good beginning with him is "Fake Monk" with the "prestage story." His songs ""Ordinary Path"
