      😂 Glad you are experiencing the benefit. The technique truly relaxes you. I still use it during nights when I have difficulty fall asleep.

    This is so helpful. I woke up last night, try this massage maybe about 2 minutes, I began to yawn, and fall back to sleep again. THANK YOU for this video!!

    This seems like such a simple technique to use and something that can be done anywhere! I'll try this next time I'm up in the middle of the night. It's nice to hear you use both languages in your videos.

    Hello LuChin, I try to do but...i've hotflashies et wake UP AT 2 h. And to sleep IS it not easier. I practice many things to sleep. Perhaps too🤔. I try once when I go to bed. Perhaps will have I a résult. I Hope. I continue détox every morning. Thanks you for all. Have a joyfull day. Blandine

      It’s continued to detox every morning, maybe add qigong meditation Zhan Zhuang, Zuo.Zhuang orTang Zhuang. Stick with it and you will see the result.🙏🤗
