Thank you for your support!
The editing when you were doing the line cutting was neat. Well done.
Thank you! I've been playing around with some new stuff lately. Thanks for watching!
What's the song in the background?! 😍
Hi do u remember what size was your trans line
Its been so long ago that unfortunately I do not remember. It may say the size in one of the links in the description.
Thanks for watching!
Great video! Awesome to work with you!
Thank you very much! You guys are great to work with!
why cut into coolant feed line ?
how is that reading temp of trans? can you please explain to me ?
thank you sir
Using the cooler feed line you will get the temperature of the fluid coming out of the transmission. This will give you a better reading of what the fluid temperature is inside the transmission. If you used the return you would get the temperature of the "cooled" fluid returning to the transmission. This would really just give you a reading of the transmission cooler temperature not the transmission.
I hope that makes sense.
Thanks for watching!
@@RockyXTV makes perfect sense!
thanks boss
Very informative. Thank you for your time to post this video. It's really helpful and clearly simplified this for me to install mine.
Thank you for watching and for taking the time to comment!

Thank you very much, and no problem!
Thank you - I wondered how and where to connect the sender - cheers.
Glad the video could help! Thanks for watching!
Killer music, dude!
I have a 02 jeep liberty sport if your looming for a way to mount these their is a company online just Google jeep liberty gauge pods and its for 2 gauges and replaces the A pillar on the divers side I have one on mine and it looks great they have it in grey or tan to match the rest of the interior, I'm pretty sure it was around $50-60 for it
Good to know, thanks!
Another great video you make look easy, where are you mounting all these gauges?
That is coming soon my friend, thanks for watching!
Great video! Do you have any plans on where your going to put all your gauges?
Got a few ideas, I'll have a video coming up soon about it. Thanks for watching Chad.
Hey man, very nice and clear installation, look a little scary( possible leaks :S) but easy, ¿are you planing to do some sort of triple mount for all the gauges? maybe an A pillar pod or something. That would be nice!
Great video budd
I do indeed have plans for a triple mount, that will be in an upcoming video, thank you for watching!
You said to use the feed line for the T-fitting? Is that the line going back into the tranny which would be come out of the trans cooler right? Some videos say to install the T-fitting and sensor into the return line? The line that is hot coming out of the trans is that the one we cut and use?
If I remember correctly, GlowShift told me to install the fitting on the line feeding OUT of the transmission going to the cooler.
This will give you the temp the transmission is running at. If you did it the other way around you would be getting the temp the cooler is running at. I hope that makes sense.
Thanks for watching!
Is there anyway to do it without cutting the lines?
If you can locate a "test port" on your transmission, yes. You can also sometimes find trans pans with a port or have a bung welded in a pan for a temp sensor. Thanks for watching!
Thank you im new can I run two one on line going in to radiator then one on return after the cooler i have with a fan in to trans thks
I have a Subaru outback. I am interested in putting a temperature gauged in my 2015 Outback. you were excellent on cutting and putting the adapter on. However, you did not show where or how you got the wires up to the dash and where you connected them to? If you have another that explains that I would like that link. You mention oil guage similar? Did you show it in that one? Looking forward to your reply. Thanks
Dude not to be harsh but if you need a video to tell you how to run a couple wires into your vehicle you should not be messing with transmission lines!
how does the dimmer feature work if you have automatic running lights. It is an 04 trailblazer. I was thinking maybe hooking it up to the fog lamps
This is what I did to it from yesterday and today on my car
It started running hot.. I bought some antifreeze... It was still running hot.. Then I found out my radiator was busted... Got a new radiator.. Still running hot... Got a new thermostat.. Still running hot... He bleed the system twice... So he thought I had a slight crack in my head gasket I put some blue devil in it.... Let it sealed up... Still running hot... We went and got a water pump... Still running hot!!!!
Now it's saying transmission over temp...
What else can I do I have a 2006 Jeep Cherokee Laredo
Which head light wire do you go to?
