    I swear by that Rustoleum professional series spray paint. Primer + topcoat and its good to go for jeep parts. Held up a season so far in the elements.

    My oil pressure issue solved itself by replacing the parts store brand oil pressure switches(tried them all) with the mopar switch for the jeep. If you want to verify before you buy the mopar switch use an old oil pressure gauge with a hose or an actual oil pressure test kit. I used the gauge in the line with the oe switch to confirm my oil pressure.

You are giving me the push to get started instead of just thinking about it. Keep up the great work on the videos.

    My ZJ oil pressure was extremely low when I got it. Dropped the pan put a high volume pump plus pickup tube ear main. Old pump gears were really dug into the cover of the pump. Only thing now is the piston slap on #1 got everybody thinking I put a diesel in it

    • @jeremyr1233
      @jeremyr1233 9 месяцев назад +1

      Everything is made cheap and to break once the warranty ends. He is far too busy to lay out all the part numbers on everything. Just get the parts that fit your budget/performance requirements. Love the chrysler 8.25. Wanna see if I can get one 3.10 after I drop a new spartan. Locker in my rear 35. Love them. Locker snapped all the way across. Saved the spiders, ring and pinion on the 3.10 final.
      Still waiting on a cost for wj swap parts. Hell, send me a whole wrecked wj with a decent front end. I imagine the shipping might be alot. I'm way in new mexico. I would love for you to come see the trails we have out here in the gila. 20 mins your in dessert, mountains, lakes, rivers, washes, etc. Better hurry though. They are blocking more and more off...

      Perhaps just some info on how to find a junker jeep like im looking for. My xj is sad. it don't like sitting because I'm disabled, and can't work. Without it, I have nothing but hard pain killers to ease the pain. Real hard. Also once my xj went down the landscape business I was starting went with it. Fell from a 30 ft building at 19 yrs old. I'm broken bad. The only thing to get me past it is wrenching and wheeling... I have no alternate method of off roading. I am glad you found success enough to have so many big boy toys. Be lying if I said I wasn't slightly envious, but happy for you none the less. Love the videos dex

    Are those heim joints on the 3/4 ton tie rod attachment to the wj knuckle? Why those opposed to drilling and tapering the tie rod ends? Haven't seen them in application.

    Hey, I think a fun build for you to do is lower an xj, see how low you can go with junkyard parts and your style of cobbling stuff together. Then see how well it handles on the road.
