      I do! When I'm feeling lazy I like to do arm videos that don't require getting off the couch 😂 but I still feel the burn because I keep good form like always squeezing my elbows together 🙏

      Love it! ❤️❤️ Funny thing is when I first starting working out with you 4 years ago I was mainly focused on abs and legs but you have opened the door to fitness for me and now I love working out everything!       GoldCurency o while i agree that adding weights helps, everyone’s “fit” body looks different. To me, Cassey’s arms look strong and great. You don’t have to be super toned and buff to be in shape. You were also pretty rude. What works for one person may not work for someone else. It’s good to have a variety in your workouts, but saying they’re ineffective is complete bs. There have been many success stories by people using her workouts

    I am doing the Bridal Bootcamp for all the weeks left leading up to my wedding (4 weeks to go!). I started with one Bridal Bootcamp video a day, and now I do two videos a day. I can really see and feel the results! Thanks Cassey, you are 100% part of my pre-wedding experience. Love you lots!

    Had my mom and my fiance try this bridal boot camp each video but the arm one he was so "thats to easy" so I had him try and he said his arms have never burned so much befor in his life lmfao im all for Pilates so to have him finally understand how affective it is feels so good. Thanks for bridal boot camp absolute love love love each video so far cant wait for a full body one with a lil of everything in one. Keep it up girl ur looking great and helping me look great to!

    I just did a full minute of up up down downs on my TOES! I’ve never done that before! I’m not sure if that’s easy for you, but it isn’t easy for me and omg this means I’m getting stronger 😭💜💜

    My over-achieving ass thought it would be a good idea to do this with 4 pound weights, i think my arms just fell off 😵. Killer workout Cassey!!

    I have been sick with mono for about two and a half weeks (mono is a virus in the throat that makes the patient super tierd and fatigued) and I have been sleeping basicly for three weeks, I saw this vid in my notifications when I checked the time and dicided I would try it I am so glad I did! I feel so much better! Thank you so much!😁💕

    This is honestly my favorite one for the arms as we feel like we work it all, especially biceps and triceps. In the others videos I feel like doing shoulders 90% of the time

    Love this! I did it with my fiancé. He looked at the moves in the beginning and said: "oh, I'm gonna need a better workout than that!" Little did he know!! He could barely finish the last move and was panting and sweating heavier than me at end. Point being: THIS IS HARD! And now my husband-to-be and I get to work out together to get ready for the big day! So thank you!

    When the notification for this video popped up and I checked out the moves, I thought to myself "well, that's not that hard"... But it is. Especially that last minute of up up down downs. I honestly don't understand how Cassey can do them with a smile on her face :D

    you have changed my life! Not just with your bridal bootcamp videos (which I LOVE btw) but with all your fitness videos. idk if you will see this comment but I wanted to at least attempt to thank you. I am a full time college student living on my own so I cannot afford weights and gym memberships. I gained about 20 pounds very quickly from stress and became very depressed. I found your blogilates channel and I have been doing your videos on and off for a year and for the past two months I've been doing them every day and my body is so firm and tight and the fat is melting off so quickly! I still have a little ways to go but my body is changing so quickly and I've never felt so good even in high school when was I was 107 lbs. thank you Casey! I cannot thank you enough for giving me my confidence back! you really have changed my life! :) and congrats on getting engaged!!!

    I injured my ankle so I have been doing only upper body exercises until it recovers. So thank you so much, Cassey ,for this workout (and for all of the other arm ones). I never imagined one can sweat so hard without using the legs. Thank you, dear Cassey❤️❤️😍

    Loving this series!! My boyfriend and I will be getting engaged in the next few weeks so I’m starting the wedding workouts now! I also have a heart arrhythmia that causes exercise intolerance so I have to be very careful about what I do. This series is so much fun and effective!

    Cassey I love the effort you put into those weightless arm workouts, but I've seen the best results and definition with your old ones when you were using weights! I would really like you to start making workouts with weights again!

      I was thinking about this just yesterday. Adding lighter(because of the high reps) weights to her arm workouts where possible. There are already soooo effective lol. I believe some of the moves allows for that. I just need to find some lighter weights :)

      QueenKay what I usually do with these types of workouts (I do Ballet Beautiful's swan arms workout too) is when they get easier I add light weights, or increase reps over time, like that I don't Plateau.

      @Steph Muller that is impressive. In the beginning there were so many workouts I couldn't complete and over time they got easier where I could do 1-2 reps. But some days the exercises feel like a fresh hell(I love them for it) Adding weights have helped overall but I really want to improve my arm/back/shoulder strength. Trying to be more consistent.

      QueenKay Thats great! It literally took me a few months of doing arm workouts regularily before I added weights(Had some 'flabby arms issues' that I really wanted to address 😂)Thats why I really loved the 'swan arms workout' from Ballet Beautiful, a good burn and the fat doesn't stand a chance.

    I’m so weak in my upper body so this was sooo effective for me and I felt the burn and I’m only at 7:01 minutes sooo far taking a slight break because my arms are shaking and I’m sipping on my coffee 😅 I love the conversations you have about not working out or you say your in pain too then I’m like “I can do this I can do this “

    Oh my gosh! This workout was brutal lol. I had a baby sitting on my upper back during half cobra pushups and then rolling under me during the last two moves 😂 and some people say moms who don’t workout with babies at home are just being lazy. They make it 10x harder!

    Casey I LOVE your workouts so much! Personally I think it’s your positive energy and inspiration you give us throughout them, it really keeps me going! I’m a dancer so I try to stay fit and work on my strength outside of the studio, and your videos are definitely my number one go-to💓 I’m really enjoying your current series, and I was wondering if there was a leg workout in the future?😉

    My friend is getting married in the end of the year. I've decided to start focusing on myself more, taking care of my nutrition, and working out more! I want to go back to my best self by 2024. The wedding is a good mental goal deadline, and I have a little over a month until then! So I am starting the bootcamp along with other smaller challenges and about 7k steps a day! Here's to feeling my best by the new year!

    One thing that helps me when I wo my arms is to ACTIVATE MY MIDDLE FINGER! No joke, but if u activate your middle finger, it makes a HUGE difference!!! Also, on other arm exercises, it helps to ACTIVATE MY PINKY!! This little tip really helps! Someone gave it to me, so now I'm passing it along!!! Thx Cassey for all your hard work!     Hey Cassey! Could you do more videos that can address anterior pelvic tilt, rounded shoulders, and weak back muscles in general? These seem to be really common issues but I rarely see any workouts for them! Your backless bride video was a fantastic start!
