    Wow! I consider myself in relatively good shape. I work out daily either running or strength training. I haven't done a slide board workout in twenty years. My sister and I used to take classes when we were students at the University of South Carolina. This was killer, and I loved it. My teenage daughter always says I don't sweat. I am drenched! Thanks for this great workout!
