AHHH Dafür ist die Matte😅 . Bei mir auf Arbeit(Rehaklinik) dient die Matte(eingeklemmt in einer Ecke) dazu das unsere Gymnastikbälle gesammelt werden.😂😂
Schade zu hören, dass es nur Staub (und gynäkologische Bälle) sammelt. Alle Physiotherapeuten in den USA scheinen zu wissen, wie man es richtig benutzt. Schade, dass das bei euch nicht der Fall ist!

Design needs tinkering: width looks a little slim causing limitations on movement, because everyone is not exactly the same on movement 😉
Appreciate you expressing your thoughts. For context, our board was design based off of 2 years of research on over 23,000 people in the heart of the NYC fitness scene. The subjects included adults ages 21-65 from a variety of fitness levels (weekend warriors to Olympic athletes). The width is close to 20 inches and to date we’ve had no issues with users, even if their frontal plane movement across the board deviated 2-3 inches above or below the centerline of the board. The length was determined to be most appropriate for mass market consumers, hence the adjustability bumper to help be a set of training wheels for new users to slide board training. Users over 6’6 had had limitations with stride but since this is a versatile piece of equipment, they are still able to access the hundreds of multi-directional moves available on our board. Yes - the roll up boards were very problematic back then and the programming to the instructors could have certainly have been better. You should check out our library of videos and see the much needed makeover that we’ve given this board and the experience at large!

О. Я на аналогичной занималась лет 30 назад. Летом когда на коньках не катались. Поверхность по-моему алюминиевая была а для скольжения добавляли графит по-моему.
