Great job w this video. Appreciated the description and price details. Subscribed to see what’s next !
Thank you so so much! This was a fun one to make! Thanks for subscribing and following our journey! Cheers and welcome!
Love your video. Glad you enjoyed Borough Market.
Thanks for following our adventure! We can’t wait to go back there and try some more delicious things! Have a great day!
My hubby is a serious donut aficionado, so bread ahead is always a stall we have to visit when we go to Borough! SO GOOD!
They were the best donuts we tried in Lo don
Borough Market is my absolute favorite, it turned me on to all food markets in Europe. you guys are great, I love your big smiles and try everything attitude!
Thanks for showing other uncommon eats at Borough from a non-local. I cant wait to visit in a few weeks.
Thanks so much! Truly jealous that you get to visit there and eat all the delicious food. I think when we go back to London we will try more delicious foods at Borough Market! Cheers!
I love how they describe in detail the flavors in each food item, as a foodie myself it helps me understand it better. I can tell they have tried different types of food. I am going to London this summer so their descriptions are really helpful to know if I want to try it or not. They seem natural too, so it's enjoyable to watch their videos.
Thanks so much this comment just made our day! We try to have fun and eat as much as we possibly can everywhere we go! We are taking a couple months off of travel to catch up on our Japan videos and Alyssa is putting me on a diet😂. We will get back in eating shape for the next food adventure! Lol thanks a million for watching and commenting!
Just found your channel and had to subscribe since I loved this video! You do a great job of showing some options that I've never seen other vloggers mention. I really enjoyed the details you gave. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you thank you! We try to find the deep cuts for sure. We are also too impatient to ever wait in line😂. Thanks so so much for the support!❤️🇬🇧
Great video!!
Thank you so much. It was a delicious one to create!
@@HeresGoodTravel headed there this week for the Falcons game! Definitely hitting up Borough Market.
Keep forgetting that I need to make a snack while I watch your videos, because you guys are always eating something Wonderful! Lol. Keep up the good work.
🤣 haha thanks John! Our friend back home always makes sure to eat beforehand! Thanks a million for watching, lots more food in Thursday’s video where we explore 10 more London street markets!
I try to match them with the beverages they drink... It was a lot easier in earlier videos when they only had Bud Lights
Here’s good drinking game! I’m in… OBVIOUSLY!🤣
@@HeresGoodTravel l am really hungry............how do you make goulash............no.pun..,!
We had the best Gulash ever in Budapest! The place was called Klazual Cafe! On the Pest side of the Danube
Very informative video. Will visit in December while in London
Thank you so much for the kind words! London is a true world gem, I’m sure you will have so much fun. Hopefully you found our London series useful for your trip!
Was just there a couple weeks ago. Ginger Pig sausage roll and Northfield Farms Salt Beef Bagel were my favorite items
Yessss! Ginger pig was awesome. We tried a salt beef bagel somewhere else and really liked it, loved the pickles and mustard but the salt beef was amazing! Thanks so much for watching!
Hi y'all! I'm so impressed with how many different food items you ordered in one lunch at borough market! Lol
Seriously though, I love how foodie your reviews are! Most RUclipsrs don't really describe things they just show what they ate and say it was good 😂
Thank you so much for watching! We always ask ourselves if we are traveling for anything other than food! It’s a question we’d rather not admit the answer too🤣
@@HeresGoodTravel 100%!!! Last year we spent almost a month on the European continent going to Austria, France, Luxembourg, Italy... and I was ALL ABOUT the food!!!
I'm definitely going to spend the whole day at the borough market. England will be my new home in September 🧳🏡🌍
Congratulations! Super jealous, what an amazing place to call home. Borough Market has so many great things! Thanks a million for watching.
I still think a Borough Markwt cookbook would be most fabulous!!!!!
🤯Holy cow i would buy that book in a heartbeat. Although we are better at eating than cooking! Thanks for watching!
This place is one of Londons most amazing places to visit if you love your food..
So true! We had an amazing time exploring the markets in Lo don. We are headed back next summer to hit some of the ones we missed!
Since you liked Joli, you should try Roti King or Gopal's Corner (same owner). It's also Malaysian but focussed on Roti Canai (roti and different curries). It's the best Malaysian food in London.
So so good! I sent these recomendaciones to my friends who live in London. Roti King was on our list but it was a little far out and we weren’t able to try it, it looked DELICIOUS! Thanks for these recommendations we will try to give them a shot on our next visit
I'm going there soon. I see you love beef Rendan from my country and got twice ! I'm going to try everything in this video, they all looks delicious.
Thank you so much! We have dreams about that beef rendan! It was our first time trying it and we are now obsessed! Borough Market is a true gem for any hungry traveler. Thanks a million for watching, have an amazing trip!
@@HeresGoodTravel Going there in few days. Do I have to bring cash or they accept credit card ?
Everywhere is tap to pay! We were so surprised. Even Amex was accepted
Great editing on this video! It was really fast paced and action packed and fun to watch! You had three weeks in London? That's amazing!
Did you get out to explore the countryside at all?
Unfortunately not on this trip. We wanted to trip up to Stonehenge but never got around to it. We had just finished 100 days living in our Prius so we wanted to relax a little.
Any places you would recommend?
@@HeresGoodTravel dozens! That's why my channel exists lol 😂
@@HeresGoodTravel I can't imagine!! I'll have to check out more of your videos!
Cool videos! Just subscribed🥳
The donut face 😂
#clickbait
not to take away from the market but, just outside there is an outstanding pasta place called padella.... not very expensive but may have a queue... also quite a few awesome beer gardens near by... this is great part of downtown London!
Incredible! We are headed back next August! We will be sure to add this to our list and maybe do a summer beer garden video. Thanks for the recommendation it’s so helpful when we get insider local tips like this, thanks so much for watching, cheers!
Beef rendang is amazing 🤤😛😋 I tried making it at my house in Bangkok Thailand and luckily it turned out great. 👍🏻😃
Amazing! This was our first time having it, such an awesome flavor. We might try to recreate it back in the states! Thanks a million for watching, we can’t wait to get back to Bangkok!
I've never seen Borough Market before, except in Foodie Bollocks in Viz magazine, so wasn't too sure about it, but it looks alright. For London it doesn't look crazy expensive, and at least you are not gambling with your taste buds - ie you're pretty sure to enjoy it.
True true! We were lucky when we visited the pound and US dollar were 1 to 1! We can safely say that we didn’t try one thing that we didn’t like at that market. Thanks a million for watching and commenting, see you on the next one from Morocco!
I'm in love, you said Quid, you don't hear many visitors using that word. Sorry if you already know, but not far from where you were standing at the end of the video, is a Pub called The George, it is an old Coaching Inn, built in 1676 it is the only surviving galleried inn left in London. it is well worth a visit, if you make it back to London one day.
Thanks so much! I do think we also accidentally said Euro a couple times and our friends were quick to correct us😂. We love London and can’t wait to get back there and will visit the George for sure. Just looked it up and it looks amazing! Thanks for following our adventure, cheers!
So Beautyful Market
It’s a world gem for sure! For how many tourists visit we were surprised at the quality of food there. Such a fun place to eat!
"we decided to go with the spinach and ricotta empanada because when spinach and ricotta is an option, you get it" loooove lol 1:36
Haha words to live by! Thank you so much for watching our video!
That story about the origin of Scotch eggs is completely incorrect.
😂He sounded so convincing though. Haha just looked it up you’re 100 percent correct
If you guys want the best Indian, Bangladeshi food, then take a ten minute cab ride from The Tower of London to Brick Lane. It is the best indian anywhere.
We had it on our list but didn’t have an opportunity to make it! Next time we will be sure to go there. Could you recomend any places or dishes specifically? We will add them to our list! Thanks for watching!
@@HeresGoodTravel you can go to any place there. Some don't have a drink licence so you take your own. Seriously , it is the best place, every shop is a restaurant or sells booze!!
Even though ı've never been to there ı'm still a huge fan of Borough Market UK and ı'm from Turkey
Turkey is so high on our list for places we want to visit. We are aiming possibly this coming summer to visit.
Thank you very much and much love.
i thought Scotch Eggs were developed by Fortum and Mason for the upper classes when they traveled long distances?
lol we also later fact checked this and that story was total garbage! He sounded so convincing in the moment and now the video is already posted😂. Thant being said , you are 100 percent correct.
This is the first video that made me hungry. Shame that everyone says UK food is shite.
Some amazing options! It was pretty affordable too.
Jealous Foreign Tossas.
Just small correction my friend, Gujarat is a state in India and the people and food from that state is Gujarati. And this is a very helpful video really!
Ahhhh that makes too much sense! Thank you kindly for the correction! Thanks a million for watching and for your comment! Maybe one day we will get to visit Gujarat and eat real Gujarati food😂. Take care!
1:16 Vamos Argentina!!!
We need to go to Argentina for the real thing!!!
@@HeresGoodTravel You will always be welcome
Camden Passage...........the best...........l live there......,..
Wow Camden Passage looks amazing! Thanks for the recommendation. We will definitely be headed there our next time visiting.
@@HeresGoodTravel ta!......try to, from food, clothes,,,DVD''s from yesterday's gigs.........enjoy yourselves......... 'bye..
Can you pay with C Card? or I will need cash there?
Everywhere took credit cards or tap to pay. It was amazing🤙
Hoping our response went through already, everywhere took card.
€7.50 EURO ERR unless Britain changed its currency mate £ 7.50p pound sterling.
🤣 We know, we know! We hadn’t been to England in 3 Europe trips so we couldn’t get it out of our head. When we kept saying Euro it was the very 1st day of our 100 day trip😂. We will be better next time, thanks for watching, cheers.
@HeresGoodTravel Excellent video. There is a wide range of Food from around the world now not just in London but across the Country.
Amazing! We can’t wait to try it!
😀
Thanks so much for watching and commenting 🙌🙌🙌
The Gujarati veg food is too pricey according to our Indian standards. Here you can get it for like 1 pound.
That’s incredible. India is for sure high in our list of places we would like to visit. We have a friend from New Delhi and we are trying to plan a visit home with her! Thanks for watching!
😊👍
Thanks for watching and commenting, it means the world to us! We had. Blast eating all the food there! Can’t wait to go back!
We cook our own Indian food from scratch at least once a week.
Amazing, the Indian food we had in the UK was really incredible. In San Diego there are a few OK spots but nothing of that quality. Thanks for watching!
🥰🥰💖💖👍👍
Thanks a million for the comment and for watching our video! Borough Market is a word gem!
Expensive
We lucked out when we were there the pound and USD were equal. We do think the quality was really good for the price and it’s better to visit late in the day a lot of the vendors will offer discounts.
The market is very extensive and has a fantastic choice of food.
However it is expensive - bit of a rip off really
Thanks a million for watching! We were able to find some okay deals but that’s a good point. It’s insane how many markets London has, must be the most in the world for one city! Any you would recommend? We are headed back in August.
If you think that Borough Market is the most famous food market it’s because you haven’t been to La Boquería in Barcelona.
We have, it’s featured in our latest video! And it is a fantastic food market as well.
BS about scotch eggs from beardy.
😂he sounded so convincing!
Cilantro is the leaf, coriander is the seed
Ahhh no way! We thought it was the same just a different word like Aubergine and Eggplant. Aubergine is a much nicer word to say😂. Thanks for the info and for watching!
Disagree with the seed vs leaf comment. I think it’s egg plant/ aubergine.
@@markgibson3034 Google: >>In the U.S., cilantro refers to the leafy green part and stems, whereas the seeds are referred to as coriander seeds.Jul 7, 2023
lots of oil and cholesterol but no good for cardio health issues ı guess
😂. There was a salad place but we skipped it.
I did not like the beef in the UK. Everything else was great.
I could see that. We did have some amazing beef in South Korea later on this trip!
I’m English but don’t like the Ginger pig sausage rolls.
They weren’t our absolute favorite of this trip either. Is there a spot you could recommend us to try? We are headed back for a short time next summer!
Punk barbie candy
Amen
It's seriously overpriced there!
What isn’t these days! We are now in Mexico and have spent quite a bit of time here in the past decade and even here prices are soaring. Our hometown in San Diego is crazy too. Got any cheap eats you could recommend us to try on our next visit?
Totally nonsensical story of the scotch egg.
He sounded so confident! we just looked it up. will try to amend. thanks for watching.
Why does every gen z or millennial food “critic” wear a baseball cap? I thought it was just the clueless Americans. Guess I was wrong. At least his wasn’t worn backwards. Thank heaven for small favors. Still irritating. Can’t watch it without thinking of London and Saville Row suits… and then this …
Thanks so much for watching! Sorry the hat was such a bother, Brandon played baseball his whole life, I guess old habits die hard.
