Can you do a talk on saturated job fields, and better future careers for kids in college.
Thank you for your frank talks
I am in this industry for past 15 years. I can say people who are technically good doesn’t stay in the same company impressing his boss. Mostly will have mediocre people and they will stick to a single company will start playing politics to grow with in same organisation. These people will never leave org and will never allow technically strong persons to grow
Absolutely right!
Tip # 8: Be friendly and start with light hearted conversations in your meetings with your managers. Often, people get off in a confrontational note, which does not solve anything. Even if you have a manager, who is blunt, accept it as his/ her trait and you practice creating amicable setting for a discussion. This helps one’s ability to control any situation.
Thanks for sharing this tip 💯💯💯
Tnx bro
Very good tip
Only freshers need to impress the managers. I left thinking what manager thinks after 2 years of my career. If you have skills thats enough. I dont want validation from manager so i dont care about appraisals as well.
I became that hero to my boss that he ruined my personal life..
he literally cries or begs me to work 15-18*7 as others are non hero to his eyes
😂
his words "you know right that others don't work properly.. please you can only save me.. please work extra time and weekends as well"!!
This is why it is better to do only 80% of your capacity if you do 100% they will expect more and more
1-Never Share negative information over text via email. Or message
2-Put your shoes of your manager
3-always think 2 level up
4-talk with your boss technical as well as business pov
5-take care of boss work when he is on leave
6-always take feedback
7-be organized..& proactive
The points are valid but The reason I don't like such lists is that these are the things one needs to learn in real life on your own mostly. Viewing such videos don't change a person.
Great tips..proper communication is crucial anywhere..in day to day life
Every boss wants a hero, but, the boss was never be a hero, he became boss.
Uma Sankar you killed it 😂😂😂😂😂

Speaking frankly Anand bro 😅
I knw 99% not agree but it always ok cuz it doesn't matter an inc
So here is the thing
I into prjct whr 95% of people r frm Chennai Tamil people nd we r frm Maharashtra hyd banglore etc
No matter it always hikes or promotion or appreciation goes to Chennai people nd evn they discuss nd talk in separate cal Aftr status call...
Evn if we impres not impress it's always 5-10% hike nd promotion is soo hard lyk stone u cant break the boundary to catch the promotion.
You have complaints against Tamils. I have complaints against bengalis
This is superb advice!
Very very valuable...

Thank you your valuable tips as always. I have a question - How do we approach or get to know the KRA of boss ?
I impressed my boss but then collegues started playing very dirty politics.
Very useful tips sir 👏👏👏
Thank You 🙌
What if the manager does not provide any information on time but when he does, and it is last minute or a dynamic update (changes as per his ideas/processes) how to approach it. Despite us asking for a review.
I strive to be the most mediocre person in my office. I earn money for almost free because no one ever notices me.
You die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain. So true in this case :)
As a fresher, i find these tips are very useful ❤
Hi Vishal, I am glad you found it helpful 🚀🚀🚀
@@CareerTalk thankyou sir, please keep sharing your valuable experiences, it will help us, specially who r in there mid and late 20s
There is no boss theory in my life 😊
thanks for sharing the information. question- How to deal with a racist manager?
Old school thoughts wont work for new gen
Sure, please share modern thoughts that will help. It will be great for everyone to learn 🙏
Sir does multiple switches affect career
Hi Pranav, It depends on multiple factors. If you are learning new skills and stay relevant then it does not.
Just a quick question:if we want to get release from project and manager is not willing to do that, how should we get out of that project?
Good question
Why only a boss wants a hero?? ... That is the biggest problem with these old generation... They think if they have suffered a lot growing, others should also follow the same. These bosses can never be leaders but a body given management task. Those born before 90s and in management position they only talk about patience, hardwork and consistency. But these idiot's doesn't know these things might not work in today work environment. A lot has changed but they want gen z to suffer same what they have gone through.. Hence they are not leaders and offcourse doesn't deserve respect .
What is KRA?
Hi Krishna, KRA = Key Result Areas or in simple terms Goals/ Targets.
@@CareerTalk thank you
as long as the work is good ,, u dont need to please any boss. this video is more of a master slave mentality cultivator which isnt in the developed countries... trust me i have been in the UK for 17 years and i never looked at what the boss wanted , but what the work demanded... and the boss took notice --as its part of his job to do that .. ...
Sadly this bootlicking culture exists in India only.
Exactly my point. Boss job is to find out subordinate's performance
BAKWAS BAND KAR! FOR anyone who is insecure about their talent, no need to compromise with their insecurity -you being under shining. If any person's advice doesn't feel right, just don't take it, it's always your choice, Jo advice derha hai wo bhagwan ni hai ! Inke advice agar Indian people dete toh aaj bhi British ka gulam hote ,saari batein sunte aur sehte
We didn’t win independence because of our ability but due to WW2 and Hitler
