I am in this industry for past 15 years. I can say people who are technically good doesn’t stay in the same company impressing his boss. Mostly will have mediocre people and they will stick to a single company will start playing politics to grow with in same organisation. These people will never leave org and will never allow technically strong persons to grow

Tip # 8: Be friendly and start with light hearted conversations in your meetings with your managers. Often, people get off in a confrontational note, which does not solve anything. Even if you have a manager, who is blunt, accept it as his/ her trait and you practice creating amicable setting for a discussion. This helps one’s ability to control any situation.

Only freshers need to impress the managers. I left thinking what manager thinks after 2 years of my career. If you have skills thats enough. I dont want validation from manager so i dont care about appraisals as well.

I became that hero to my boss that he ruined my personal life..
he literally cries or begs me to work 15-18*7 as others are non hero to his eyes
    😂
his words "you know right that others don't work properly.. please you can only save me.. please work extra time and weekends as well"!!

The points are valid but The reason I don't like such lists is that these are the things one needs to learn in real life on your own mostly. Viewing such videos don't change a person.

    Speaking frankly Anand bro 😅
I knw 99% not agree but it always ok cuz it doesn't matter an inc
    So here is the thing
I into prjct whr 95% of people r frm Chennai Tamil people nd we r frm Maharashtra hyd banglore etc
No matter it always hikes or promotion or appreciation goes to Chennai people nd evn they discuss nd talk in separate cal Aftr status call...
Evn if we impres not impress it's always 5-10% hike nd promotion is soo hard lyk stone u cant break the boundary to catch the promotion.

What if the manager does not provide any information on time but when he does, and it is last minute or a dynamic update (changes as per his ideas/processes) how to approach it. Despite us asking for a review.

  • @letsunveilourmind7283

Why only a boss wants a hero?? ... That is the biggest problem with these old generation... They think if they have suffered a lot growing, others should also follow the same. These bosses can never be leaders but a body given management task. Those born before 90s and in management position they only talk about patience, hardwork and consistency. But these idiot's doesn't know these things might not work in today work environment. A lot has changed but they want gen z to suffer same what they have gone through.. Hence they are not leaders and offcourse doesn't deserve respect .

as long as the work is good ,, u dont need to please any boss. this video is more of a master slave mentality cultivator which isnt in the developed countries... trust me i have been in the UK for 17 years and i never looked at what the boss wanted , but what the work demanded... and the boss took notice --as its part of his job to do that .. ...
