They don't believe in equality when it doesn't suit them. So if she's earning 1 lakh per month she wants a ahudband who's earning more than 2 lakh per month. They hate their in laws even if they're good folks and expect husband to love her parents
because they have double standards. They say they're empowered when it suits them and say they're not when it suits them to gain benefits.
For her, her money is hers and her husband's money is also hers.
They want benefits of modern culture and also benefits of traditional culture.
Parents of both boy & girl need to be respected. Each child had to take up responsibility of their parents

Why are there more broken marriages now than during the times of our parents ?? Trust me, if you can stay alone as a single male (which is not possible for everyone I agree) then it is worth more being on your own. And when it comes to family support during tough times like when I was admitted due to covid-19 infection, I have by siblings to depend upon and also supported them when they needed my support.

I think it's a joke, so far, I've lived my entire life in Chandigarh {I can't even think about the women in places like Mumbai or Bangalore} women start dating men left and right from the moment they hit their teens, by the time they are literally pressured into marrying and ruining someone's life, they are just intoxicated creatures, that are both irredeemable and insufferable.

Biased laws against men
Men have to pay for maintenance of these so called empowered women.
Men along with their family have to face the brunt of many criminal laws.
Men are denied custody and even visitation of their children at times.
Men and the male members can be charged with false cases like rape, molestation, unnatural sex.
The list goes on and on
Not to forget when a man comes out of these cases by winning in court,no coercive action is taken against woman who had filed it

Why dont protest the same way as women did in western countries that brought women liberation? I’m an Indian guy based in the US, I’m well settled and look good. From past 1 year I’m trying to get married and couple of things that really scared me. Modern Women are not emotionally available, they have a laundry list of unrealistic expectations from men, almost everyone says that she doesn’t need a man which has become annoying to my ears, emotional connection is not a priority, instagram is their go to app for showing everything that they are doing, their career has become so important that there is no time for connection . I’ve started to wonder should I even invest my time finding a woman that doesn’t exist anymore. I think 15 years back, it was still easy to find a good woman but now it has become impossible. I feel sad to see Indian women turning out this way

Guys I have subscribed to SIFF (Save Indian Families Foundation) that is actively trying to save innocent men from misuse of 498A and such biased laws. Besides that, there's an urgent need to amend laws.

My wife's mother has ruined everything in between me and my wife, my wife only listens to what her mother says, she doesn't respect any family member of mine, she plays victim card every time we have a argument on any matter, she is a habitual lier and her family supports her lies. They are never ready to accept my point of view.
My mother treats her like a daughter but my wife doesn't put any efforts to be a good daughter, she is always complaining and making the house environment negative.
Although my family is always supportive to her but she has ruined all our efforts, she lies about my house environment to her parents, and they believe her blindly.
