I don’t think people aren’t approaching women anymore I just think it’s only the really good looking guys with money that are. Most of us been told if we aren’t over 6’ and making 400k a year we aren’t shit so we just stopped trying. Guys don’t have that thing where they tell themselves they are a ten. Therefore for the safety of both men and women , men should be banned from approaching women. Women should do all the approaching. They should step, take the lead and take the bull by the horns. The girls in the office flirt and he ignores them. Good so far. Hes respectful and when he has meeting with his female counterparts one on one, he asks for a manger or HR person to join them. Smart guy.
