I have 4kids but custody of only my youngest. I’m fighting for them & I will have 6yrs in recovery Oct.13. I lost my husband 3yrs ago from him being struck by a train while heavy in active addiction. I’ve been thru a lot of trauma in life & for the past 2 months I’ve been dealing with SO much hair loss that I have bald spots now. My scalp is extremely itchy & it’s taken a toll on my mental health, as if I didn’t have enough stress before this. Welcome back Kendall, missed you so much!! 😭😭❤️🎉 Also about the Dahmer series… I am split now hearing the fact that details were made up but I have to disagree on the fact that they did not honor the families, each episode was dedicated to a victim and from what I think very much humanized them and shared details about them (now I’m not so sure if they are true :/ ) that you would have otherwise not known. With that being said I never EVER like re-enactments of true crime stories because of misinformation spread and I am sad to hear this series was no different but I also feel like this show did an amazing job at not glorifying the killer but rather portrayed the true horror of the situation. also with the dad being blamed, I think they were just trying to show how the dad was struggling with himself and wondering if he was to blame but the series did not say it was the dad’s fault or at least that’s what I took from it 🤷🏽♀️
I completely agree with the Dahmer sentiment. I think that cinematically and story telling wise, it was very well done. But that’s all for viewing purposes and it’s pretty exploitive regardless of what ratings it got.

My baby just turned1, and I have a 2.5 yr old. When they started to laugh/giggle.... Omg. Most beautiful sound ever. My 1yr old was laying with our dog,Gus, in his bed and laughing hysterically. Petting pet and Gus licking him was so damn cute. There's times I feel like my heart is going to burst with the love I have for them 💗

I’m so glad you guys touched on the Dahmer series because a friend of mine in HS told me his dad was best friends with Tracy Edwards growing up, the man who escaped and turned Dahmer in. My friend told me that the media always made Edwards out to be a gay man because that’s primarily who Dahmer preyed upon but actually he was an addict who Dahmer had promised drugs to. Tracy Edwards has said himself in interviews that he was never able to get his life together after this event so I just wonder how he feels about the way he was portrayed in the series.
My coworker has a daughter he calls "squish." She is now almost 30. I didn't know her name for years, only knew her as squish, until I met her. So cute! Welcome back Kendall!

Welcome Back!! I was 7 weeks behind you in pregnancy. My boy decided to be a whole ass week late! He arrived on Friday the 7th. Finally! But yeah, this nursing around the clock in the early days is really difficult and tiring. My babe feeds me, waters me, and gets me EVERYTHING I need and I basically do nothing but keep this tiny baby alive. Labor+pushing was literally 2 hours. I was so so grateful.
Janelle you did an amazing job while Kendall was away. It was lovely to get to you know you more and the support of Sidney and Corelli was a great input! Kendall it is amazing to have you back, you have been missed! I am so happy to hear about Holly and everything that has been happening in your life recently!

So small and fragile ❤️ it is beautiful and so amazing. When my daughter was a newborn I felt like I was living in a dream. Truly otherworldly
aw, so glad to see you back Kendall! i honestly thought you'd take a lot more time off it seemed to have gone by so quick for me the part about Holly smiling back at you is adorable! my mom had really bad postpartum depression with my older brother (this was over 20 years ago) and there was not much anyone could do, but she told me that she found it really hard to do any of the care so my dad had to be mostly responsible for that, i don't remember how old she said he was but it was a few months into it she said she looked over at his crib and when he saw her he had this big smile on his face and my mom just instantly snapped out of that depressive state and just... became a mom. not everyone instantly gets on with parenthood it IS A STRUGGLE. it's nice to hear stories that have a happy ending. i hope you and your little family are doing amazing! 💖
As a traditional artist I'm actually really scared of AI affecting my community in the future. Recently I've noticed A LOT of post of AI generated art on facebook groups, there is one specific group for young artists and some people were posting algorithm generated graphics and they got really positive feedback in the comments and I've even seen people saying things like "if it's better than things that many people are making why would we support people who's art isn't ass good, it's time to stop supporting mediocre artists and set the bar higher, If AI is making better things what's wrong with that" idk maybe that it's not real? Maybe that there is no emotions, no feelings, nothing, it's empty. There is also no skill involved. Art is literally the meaning of life for some people and they were studying it for decades and they spend dozens of hours on every piece (it's me, I'm "they") Honestly seeing that reaction from people freaked me tf out

Being close to the end of my own pregnancy now, this has been so amazing watching Kendall become a mama at the same time. Babies grow sooo much in the first year but everyone skips over how much a mother changes in that first year too. I love hearing that you were listening to the sesh while you were gone Kendell. My little girl was born in Oct 2021 and I would put in my earbud and listen to the sesh while i was breast feeding her at 2 in the morning for like 40 mins. It was one of the only things that kept me sane!

I'm really conflicted, like could it be hacked and someone can find the location of kids. I'm sure there were robots for elderly people in Japan a while back to keep them company there's definitely pros and cons. I've had an extended time at home from illness post covid and the Internet has been a lifeline but at the same time I don't know if I'm getting more scared to go out as I have online connections etc and already forgotten how to talk in person

I love that kendall is back! I loved the podcast when she was gone though and you can tell kendall is still adjusting to working again so that's why the show shifted from light hearted to a more mile higher feel, but I'm here for it! I'm sure it'll take a little bit for it to be 'normal' and comfortable again with getting into a flow of the podcast but this made my week❤️

Welcome back Kendall! I just wanted to say, in terms of crime reconstruction, i totally understand how painful these things can be, especially for the familys directly involved. I do also really believe that it is important to talk about these awful things, so that we can learn to see the signs, help people, speak up etc. Does it need to be in the form of a reenactment? Im not sure...but what i do know is, this series has sparked a lot of conversation around race, sexuality, police behaviour, mental illness, warning signs etc which, i believe, is a good thing. I am someone who has experience a loved one being murdered and the murderer was never held accounable. Although the reconstruction of their final moments was difficult to watch, it did spark a conversation and encourage people to take note.
The thing with Dahmer, I watched it as soon as it came out, I couldn’t say it was enjoyable to watch but it did respawn my fascination with the case. Whilst I was watching it, I (to a very small degree) could see what his victims went through, I learnt all of their names and saw all of their faces. Although, I could have done the same thing watching a doc, however, documentaries focus on Dahmer, the show focused on the victims perspectives. But, I know the families were not contacted and didn’t want the show to come out. I’m torn, I agree with you guys and I support the families.. but I really liked the show. I am pretty bias though as I’ve lived Evan Peters since I was a kid and have seen everything Ryan Murphy has made.. so I guess I’m bias. It also annoyed me when I found out it’s inaccuracies.. they didn’t need to do that, the case is already dramatic.

the part about Holly smiling back at you is adorable! my mom had really bad postpartum depression with my older brother (this was over 20 years ago) and there was not much anyone could do, but she told me that she found it really hard to do any of the care so my dad had to be mostly responsible for that, i don't remember how old she said he was but it was a few months into it she said she looked over at his crib and when he saw her he had this big smile on his face and my mom just instantly snapped out of that depressive state and just... became a mom. not everyone instantly gets on with parenthood it IS A STRUGGLE. it's nice to hear stories that have a happy ending. i hope you and your little family are doing amazing! 💖

As a traditional artist I'm actually really scared of AI affecting my community in the future. Recently I've noticed A LOT of post of AI generated art on facebook groups, there is one specific group for young artists and some people were posting algorithm generated graphics and they got really positive feedback in the comments and I've even seen people saying things like "if it's better than things that many people are making why would we support people who's art isn't ass good, it's time to stop supporting mediocre artists and set the bar higher, If AI is making better things what's wrong with that" idk maybe that it's not real? Maybe that there is no emotions, no feelings, nothing, it's empty. There is also no skill involved. Art is literally the meaning of life for some people and they were studying it for decades and they spend dozens of hours on every piece (it's me, I'm "they") Honestly seeing that reaction from people freaked me tf out

Listening to you talk about motherhood reminds me of when my niece was born and I held her within the first ten minutes she was born, she was staring at me in the face. Understandable because she is an Aquarius and she can see into your soul. SO great and scary lol
Being close to the end of my own pregnancy now, this has been so amazing watching Kendall become a mama at the same time. Babies grow sooo much in the first year but everyone skips over how much a mother changes in that first year too. I’m so looking forward to the new Kendall and how her channel reflects her new self too. ❤

I love hearing that you were listening to the sesh while you were gone Kendell. My little girl was born in Oct 2021 and I would put in my earbud and listen to the sesh while i was breast feeding her at 2 in the morning for like 40 mins. It was one of the only things that kept me sane!

I love that kendall is back! I loved the podcast when she was gone though and you can tell kendall is still adjusting to working again so that's why the show shifted from light hearted to a more mile higher feel, but I'm here for it! I'm sure it'll take a little bit for it to be 'normal' and comfortable again with getting into a flow of the podcast but this made my week❤️

Welcome back Kendall! I just wanted to say, in terms of crime reconstruction, i totally understand how painful these things can be, especially for the familys directly involved. I do also really believe that it is important to talk about these awful things, so that we can learn to see the signs, help people, speak up etc. Does it need to be in the form of a reenactment? Im not sure...but what i do know is, this series has sparked a lot of conversation around race, sexuality, police behaviour, mental illness, warning signs etc which, i believe, is a good thing. I am someone who has experience a loved one being murdered and the murderer was never held accounable. Although the reconstruction of their final moments was difficult to watch, it did spark a conversation and encourage people to take note.
The thing with Dahmer, I watched it as soon as it came out, I couldn’t say it was enjoyable to watch but it did respawn my fascination with the case. Whilst I was watching it, I (to a very small degree) could see what his victims went through, I learnt all of their names and saw all of their faces. Although, I could have done the same thing watching a doc, however, documentaries focus on Dahmer, the show focused on the victims perspectives. But, I know the families were not contacted and didn’t want the show to come out. I’m torn, I agree with you guys and I support the families.. but I really liked the show. I am pretty bias though as I’ve lived Evan Peters since I was a kid and have seen everything Ryan Murphy has made.. so I guess I’m bias. It also annoyed me when I found out it’s inaccuracies.. they didn’t need to do that, the case is already dramatic.
I completely agree. I also really enjoyed it but it should be criticized as well.
