Should have grease in the palm of your hand and the bearing in your other hand and slap it against the palm with grease so the grease fills the bearings.
Nice video, im about to change my lower triple tree so this helped out a lot. i was wondering if you have a video of the beginning.... taking off the clip ons and taking out the forks?
Nice video but you never showed how to remove the bearing race from the headstock. I'm having difficulty getting my lower bearing race out of the frame headstock. Any helpful suggestions?
