I was in Delhi from late 2001 to early 2002, and that's where I first saw The Fellowship of the Ring. Sorry to say the theatre cut out several scenes to make it shorter, and it sort of didn't make a lot of sense until I got home and saw the whole thing. But it was a very fun experience. Movie goers in India seemed like they had way more fun at films than where I'm from.
Well they faired so much better than cast of the other franchises do ..and this is the nerdiest

the saddest thing abt the rings of power is that the cast knows, like and respect the lore, they are willing to do the right thing but those stupid writers chose to ignore Tolkien and make their own s*ht.

what i really dont like about these new cast is that they just doing the show for the sake of the show. they never knew how many Oscar awards does LOTR ROTK had. In which, they just take it for granted. they must show hype on this show because J.R.R. Tolkien's world is just amazing!

@@amadeobagacay2202 yes, I was pointing out that it does not matter that the cast doesn't know how many Oscars that Jacksons films had, because it is immaterial to Tolkien's world. A lot of the cast has researched lore in Tolkien's books, and some of them extensively (i.e. Aramayo). So, I'm not sure why you wouldn't like the cast for not knowing how many accolades that Jackson's movies have - even though I'm sure they've seen the movies. I've seen the movies countless times, and don't care how many oscars they received. I'm just saying that is not a great standard to which to hold the cast (and dislike them because of it)
