I think Viggo broke his toe at the beginning of the two towers when they find the pile of dead Uruk-Hai and think that Merry and Pippen were killed too. He kicks and Uruk-Hai helm and broke his toe. His scream after that kick was real lol.

You must not have watched The Rings of Power yet? Without spoiling too much, it looks like there won't be a Celeborn. Amazon seems to have made some changes to Tolkien's work... not sure how to feel about it 😵💫
@@jordaniya7423 I have sis lol. I forget, did she say he's gone or she lost him? Either way, none of that have to mean dead. She could've easily 'lost him' as the ents lost their wives lol, cause apparently that's possible in this world. He could've been captured, in an orc camp somewhere, in an elf coma somewhere or regrouping with other elves, lots of reasons to explain his absence. I doubt they're going to change that at least, cause her marriage to Celeborn is an important part of not just her story but the whole story. And there were times in the books when they were separated so, this could be one of those times. But let's not lose ourselves in our own theories now. No one said he's flat out dead. There's other seasons to come. Plenty of time for Celeborn to pop out of the woodworks and knock Sauron down a peg or two 👍
Lol I've been trying to figure out how that would work. I just realized that if they changed the story and Celeborn did die then Celebrian wouldn't exist (unless they already had her) and by extension Arwen/Aragorn wouldn't. That would be quite the error on their part 🤔 Thank you for discussing! Lol, none of my friends/family have watched it yet so, I haven't been able to talk about it and get answers!

They said in another interview that Charlie accidentally made a cut on Morfydd’s brow when they were pretending to have a fight as Galadriel and Halbrand iirc lol.

not sure why they made Galadriel so mean and unlikable, ruined a very good show otherwise
i absolutely love her character. unlikable? what? she is my favourite character in the show
She should be the most beautiful elf of Arda with hair that seems to reflect Valinor's tree. He should be Annatar not Halbrand. Elven rings should be crafted by Celebrimbor alone AFTER he creates others rings with Annatar/Sauron, not before. Celeborn shouldn't be "missing". Istari shouldn't come to middle earth before year 1000 of the 3rd era, AFTER the creation of rings. Female dwarves should have beard. Elves should have millennia of experience and they should be wise not just humans with pointy ears. RoP is totally wrong, it's Tolkien's second death.
Stick with the book
Celeborn is in Eregion fighting battles. Galadriel goes to Khasad Dum with Celebrimbor. The couple will be back in later seasons. The stranger Istar maybe Saruman or a blue wizard going to Rhun. The Elvish rings are not specified when they are made in Tolkien's writing. S. is the one wrong. Tolkien's work is often non specific, and so called experts assume facts which are taken as fact. Quit nitpicking Rings of power.
@@garycharboneau4219 This is just wrong. Wherever Celeborn is, he is gone for 1000 years without telling his wife. Understandable considering her character, but still a massive plothole. The Istar played no role in the show, he is just there as a mystery box. And it is exactly specified in Tolkien that the 3 are made after the 16 without Saurons assistance.
You want to argue about it, read the books first. Rings of power doesn´t require nitpicking, its a giant pile of trash. Nitpicking would only be necessary to see what the show does actually right.
@@hansoerteras3983 Assumptions of the timing is wrong. The book and movies are fantasy, not fact. You can't base your facts on a 70 year old writer who wanted to be non specific, Clear your single minded mind. Assumptions based on "experts" who are assuming themselves is hearsay. Why do you hate new interpretations?
Tolkien wrote in three different languages. Old English, Brythonic, and New English. Christopher Tolkien interpreted his fathers work notes on 2nd age Middle Earth. There are many different Celtic and Germanic, Norman, and Saxon printers who proofread Christopher's work. How can anyone say exactly the timing, characters, and meanings of the series? Blathering idiotic trolls are still fighting to put down ROP. And "Read the Books" is not evidence.
Read the book then. They are adapting a story for television and that has challenges and rules different than a book. How do you people who complain about live action adaptations not get that yet? The reason he wasn't Annatar is so obvious to anyone who understands how television works. They needed tension in the narrative about the identity of Sauron and they didn't want the audience to know for sure until the finale.That's how TV works. The only complaint of yours that's semi-reasonable here is about Elves being wise. But here's the deal: they want a larger audience than just Tolkien fans. The larger audience they're appealing to are interested in flawed characters that get character development to become the wise leaders you want to see. Prestige TV screams it to you what trends are popular en masse.
It's a shame that Galadriel never smile because Morfydd has a beautiful one
it wouldn´t fit her character if galadrial smiles all the time. most of the elves rarely smile. and in times of war and suffering, probably even less.
