It's always funny to see cops get into a big fight with a random gang of pimps. Even better if the saints or a rival gang get involved. Then it turns into a 3 way battle.
P.S. if the player is in any of the Ultor's territories, their security and Masako teams will be the ones pursuing instead of police. They will always try to kill the player, no arrests.
One of my favorite details is that if you compliment a cop, you can goat them into triggering the donut eating animation. if you bump into them while the animation plays, you can actually score a free donut off of them.
The review is excellent as always. Thank you. The behavior of the cops in SR2 is perfect by modern standards, but quite interesting. What can not be said about the Reboot. SR 2 is an old school classic. It's a pity that we got Rebooted. Of the interesting points of law enforcement in SR2, you can add the following features: - Courthouses, Police station, Prison on the island. These buildings can be visited, they are open. That's cool. - besides the police and ultor, there are regular security. For example, prison guards, or security in shops. There is a prison bus and a boat. On one island there is a factory that is guarded by cars five-o with the inscription "Security" on board -There is a parking police on Quota transport - Ultor version of Bear, Peacekeeper,Miami We are waiting for the next review. I hope it will be a series of Just Cause. Or maybe Saints Row 3...
I wish they would’ve stuck with the original formula of SR1 & SR2. They might’ve been able to compete with GTA if they didn’t get scared and switch up the entire franchise just to avoid having to get in the ring with Rockstar. Real shame.
This series could have really been a strong GTA competitor, along with Scarface if it would have become a series... I am very sad it didn't, just imagine having open world games in the Caribbean or Mexico or Colombia or any other Latin American country where you do everything you want, build an empire, earn millions of dollars, spend them on exotic items, recruit and pay gangsters, buying and owning businesses, taking over turfs and enemy territories, that's my favorite open world game style where you become a real G from nothing....
After seeing the video, SR 2 was ahead when comes to small details for cops and NPC behaviour! Didn't know that skaters were a thing! Also the spray, taser! Something we can't have in GTA V or any other without mods, impressive! But of course like any open world thing, we always gonna find issues, but that officer that did mag dump in 31:47 deserves a thumbs up!
Another interesting thing about how taking hostages relates to the notoriety level is that if you take a police officer hostage at notoriety levels 1-4, the police will _not_ shoot at you out of fear of killing their colleague, but if you take a police officer hostage at notoriety level 5, the police _will_ shoot at you, often killing the hostage police officer in the process. Civilian hostages, on the other hand, don't get this luxury; if you take a civilian hostage at notoriety levels 1-3, the police won't shoot at you, but at notoriety levels 4-5, they _will_ shoot at you, again, usually killing the hostage in the process.
What you’ve forgotten to mention is that Notoriety Level 5 will NOT drop and the only way to clear it is to make a beeline for Forgive and Forget. Also, the Notoriety level will not degrade if you’re controlling a watercraft or aircraft.

Usually cops set up a perimeter while SWAT goes in. Meanwhile in Stilwater, the cops go in while SWAT is busy setting up the perimeter with their vans a few blocks away.
Would love to see you do The Saboteur at some point. It's basically GTA x Assasin's Creed set in 1940's France, except you're not dealing with the police, but the German Military itself occupying the country.
Will there be a video of police behavior in the game Just Cause? Especially Just Cause 1. There are many features there. You can also make a video on Just Cause 2. There are military police there, interesting tactics of work.
Many people ask to do a review on Saints Row 1. But it seems to me it would be superfluous. There is almost no difference from the 2nd part. Even fewer different police vehicles, there is no Ultor faction. If you do an overview of the reaction of the cops, you can, for example, in Saints Row 3. There is content to analyze. it seems to me that it is worth analyzing the reaction of the police in the series Just Cause 1 or 2T here are police forces represented by the San Esperito Police Department as well as military forces. Their behavior and heat systems can be analyzed. As for Just cause 2, there are Panau military police forces that operate at low heat levels. This game can also be analyzed
@@Thekillergreece Indeed, most of them are changed. Other stuff like the police motorcycles on patrol are also part of that mod, which is defenitly an improvement.

It's always funny to see cops get into a big fight with a random gang of pimps. Even better if the saints or a rival gang get involved. Then it turns into a 3 way battle.
And it gets the most chaotic if you have both police and gang notoriety level maxed
Six way battle if it’s the Saints+all three enemy gangs+the police+the pimps.

11:49 Wait. The peacekeeper never looked like that. Is that a mod?
Yeah, I believe gentlemen of the row changes some police vehicle decals for realism.
The most painful, longest 7 minutes of my life waiting for the premier. (joke of course.)
On one of my playthroughs, I mimicked a SPD uniform, rig a Police style loadout, stole a Cruiser and pretended I was a Action Hero Movie Cop.
The next Saints Row Police Behavior Analysis you should do is the very first Saints Row (2006). Love the content as always!

There are no viable Xbox 360 emulators for that. Xenia isn't good either.
