    Hearing your comment at the end about how it was harder than even YOU anticipated made me feel valid in my pain lol. I hung in there with you and so knowing it was indeed hard makes it worth that much more!

    Loving these workouts. I like when you give us extra pointers or reminders during a move, bend the knees, when to breathe, where we should be squeezing! I get caught up with the move I forget the other base stuff I should be doing.
    I'm still having bother with lunges. You gave helpful advice in Mondays video but I still look n feel like I'm doing a drunk courtesy as I can't get my back knee all way down. No pain per se or injuries just not bendy or legs not strong enough yet. Can you maybe do a short on ways to progress to being able to do a back lunge? Tools to work on, can i hold sonething or move a different way? So many of your workouts have this move in I want to be able to do it with better form. Thank you NML team you are all awesome.

    This was tough - especially the triceps at the end! I really like the alternating side format cause it doesn't feel like there are many repeats :)

    I’m slowly feeling stronger. I know that this is an arm workout but I loved that I felt my core doing is job in the isometric holds 😁 Getting my strength back.👌

    OH MY GOODNESS!! First, I want to say thank you for getting shoulders out of the way first. The single leg overhead tricep throw was the hardest move followed by tricep pushup hold. I want to come back to those because would like more tricep workouts for myself. My son watched me workout to failure and said "no pain no gain!" 😄 Thanks for the workout.
