Whoa, so hard but so good! My next workout is washing my hair because I can’t avoid that today! Every bit was so challenging but I loved this format and the emphasis on strength.
Loving these workouts. I like when you give us extra pointers or reminders during a move, bend the knees, when to breathe, where we should be squeezing! I get caught up with the move I forget the other base stuff I should be doing. I'm still having bother with lunges. You gave helpful advice in Mondays video but I still look n feel like I'm doing a drunk courtesy as I can't get my back knee all way down. No pain per se or injuries just not bendy or legs not strong enough yet. Can you maybe do a short on ways to progress to being able to do a back lunge? Tools to work on, can i hold sonething or move a different way? So many of your workouts have this move in I want to be able to do it with better form. Thank you NML team you are all awesome.

I love your workouts so, so much for every reason. You are so motivating, real, and hilarious. Thank you for keeping it clean and mommy/family friendly too. You always push me in a doable way. I get bored of repetition, but that never happens on NML. You always have new formats, moves, and the best combos. You rock. Oh! And did I mention how awesome you are at cuing and giving proper form advice. Yeah, I could go on and on about how amazing you are. Also… it’s so fun to see how strong even you have become, Lindsay! OH MY GOODNESS!! First, I want to say thank you for getting shoulders out of the way first. The single leg overhead tricep throw was the hardest move followed by tricep pushup hold. I want to come back to those because would like more tricep workouts for myself. My son watched me workout to failure and said "no pain no gain!" 😄 Thanks for the workout.
That was so fun/hard! I was laughing so hard at the end when you changed your mind about going for a run that I could hardly hold the tricep pushup. Post workout seratonin/dopamine and cute jokes! Great start to my morning!!
