    LOVE how you always incorporate some cardio/abs/other muscle groups along with every workout! I often won't prioritize arm workouts because they feel like a "waste" when only focusing on small parts of the body. Really enjoy your compound moves and cardio bursts in between!

    I waited until 9:30pm to do this workout because I had absolutely NO motivation for today. I cannot stress this enough, it does not matter "when" you do the work as long as you DO it! If not for team NML I don’t think I would have kept up this 8 months at all 😊 did this workout the first time around with 8-10lbs now I did it with 10-15lbs! Progress feels beautiful ❤

    Loved this workout! I can’t believe I stayed with 15 lb dumbbells for the majority of the workout! Didn’t think I could do it but just in the short amount of time doing NML workouts I can see the strength in body🙏🏽💪

    It's so cool when you program an "older" workout. It lets us see the progress we've made together. I couldn't believe Lindsey was using 15 and 20 lbs in this. Now she uses heavier...and so do I! Thanks for reminding us how much stronger we've all gotten :) (And thank you for the deload week...needed that! ha)

    Loved doing this today! I started Strong20 but had more time this morning, so I wanted a longer upper body workout! This was great - we usually doing do chest flies, back flies, or mountain climbers, so that was awesome!

    Got this one done today and I absolutely loved it! I am all about a solid strength day. Hailey and Dr Taylor are so awesome 🎉 You mentioned a pork Greek bowl, I actually made that last night but with ground turkey, delicious! Gonna have to try it with pork 🐖

    I loved this workout! My arms feel so pumped after this one. Loved the strong legs one as well, both are fire with heavy weights! Always look forward to seeing Dr. Taylor in a workout. I didn't even mind doing deadbugs for double the time because I was so interested in what she was saying! 😂

    OMG that was just incredible - I've heard so much about your workouts from Kara Buchanan on her channel and delighted with what I just did - as a marathon runner I stuggle with doing stenght workouts but wow that was just so good! Will be searching for the leg one for next week's leg session and another upper body for my second of the week! Also love the modifies as I pulled my neck with situps so great to see how I can still get the movements in! Yah you can tell I'm pumped after that workout! Best from Dublin! Susan

    I love this!!! Strong, smart, beautiful women working together. And educating us while doing it. So great. I am 6 mon PP with my 3rd baby in 4 years, and have been having the HARDEST TIME getting back into it. I completed the workout today (not without brief interruptions), but thank God!! It was 💣.     Felt that instantly in the shoulders. I took a shorter break between circuits and did pullovers while you were stretching. I used 12, 17 abd 20lbs.

    My 7 yr old has been doing this challenge with me and after today's he said " where's Rachael ? There is Lindsay but we haven't seen Rachel" haha I didn't even know he knew any names. Man they are always listening. He's missing Rachael , I was missing the workout timer in this one . I love when the workouts have the counting down timer.

    Question - when doing skull crushers and chest flies should we be pressing the low back against the mat? My low back wants to curve up...
