LOVE how you always incorporate some cardio/abs/other muscle groups along with every workout! I often won't prioritize arm workouts because they feel like a "waste" when only focusing on small parts of the body. Really enjoy your compound moves and cardio bursts in between!
I waited until 9:30pm to do this workout because I had absolutely NO motivation for today. I cannot stress this enough, it does not matter "when" you do the work as long as you DO it! If not for team NML I don’t think I would have kept up this 8 months at all 😊 did this workout the first time around with 8-10lbs now I did it with 10-15lbs! Progress feels beautiful ❤

Loved doing this today! I started Strong20 but had more time this morning, so I wanted a longer upper body workout! This was great - we usually doing do chest flies, back flies, or mountain climbers, so that was awesome!

My husband grew up on a pig farm in SW MN, but I’ll tell you that I’ve never appreciated it as much as after listening you ladies talk about pork! 😂 love it
First day back to working out after a week of being sick and an inflamed plantar fascia. Chose arm day so as not to aggravate it while it's still healing! Thanks for a great workout!
I loved this workout! My arms feel so pumped after this one. Loved the strong legs one as well, both are fire with heavy weights! Always look forward to seeing Dr. Taylor in a workout. I didn't even mind doing deadbugs for double the time because I was so interested in what she was saying! 😂
Tooting my own horn! When I started with NML I wouldn’t have been able to even attempt circuit 4. Today I kept up with Lindsey the whole time!! Freaking pumped!
Another amazing workout! My fav pork recipe is pork and apple burgers! She talked about ground pork so much my mouth was watering and made one right after! lol

OMG that was just incredible - I've heard so much about your workouts from Kara Buchanan on her channel and delighted with what I just did - as a marathon runner I stuggle with doing stenght workouts but wow that was just so good! Will be searching for the leg one for next week's leg session and another upper body for my second of the week! My 7 yr old has been doing this challenge with me and after today's he said " where's Rachael ? There is Lindsay but we haven't seen Rachel" haha I didn't even know he knew any names. Man they are always listening. He's missing Rachael , I was missing the workout timer in this one . I love when the workouts have the counting down timer.
