I have been avoiding this workout because I know my triceps are not my strongest muscle group but finally did it and loved it! Definitely hit fatigue in the second set which had me scared but I feel so strong after having completed it!! Thank you for not calling a cut and letting us struggle along side you!!
Omg, Triceps 2.0 was the harder one for me. I could really feel my triceps, especially with the narrow press! My favorite is still skullcrushers, though! I'm still hitting failure with the 12#s on that one! One day I'll get to my 15s, that's my goal!! Thanks for the great workout again!!
Coming back to strength after a season of running!! Challenging myself to do this workout once a week for six weeks, and see how much I can increase my weights by. I’ll check back in on March 3😮

Not only are there non hair washing days, but there should also be non nail painting days. I have just tried to paint my nails after this workout and man are my hands shaky!
