This will be a leisurely exploration of realMYST, the 3D remake of Myst. These videos are good for fun facts, time-wasting, and cheesy jokes, but bad for a quick show-me-the-answer-now walkthrough.

Fun fact: the red/blue distinction did not appear until the 2000 election. Myst came out in the early 90s. Look up the Wikipedia page about red states and blue states.
In response to the previous video, the Myst Vault where the green book is stored, is a link to the Sierra Nevadan underground, as uncovered from Uru: Ages Beyond Myst, and possibly, Myst V: End of Ages, so really, Sirrus and Achenar are trapped inside a Prison Age, in an Age.
If Atrus actually burned the Myst Book, he would not only destroy his two son's Ages, but also every Age that would link to Myst... kind of a cataclysmic event there, especially when no one lives on them anymore.

Throughout the LP, the clips in each age were recorded continuously, and split into segments afterward. So yeah, it was the same moment, actually.

I never understood what the two were saying, until the 2nd last page.
The first thing the blue guy Aganor sounded like he was saying was something like
"Is this the earnth?" "numby numb numbs"
I thought Sirus was more clean and rich, Aganor was poor but had many interesting contraptions.

I guess somebody was trying to copy the fireplace pattern in the book and put the code in to turn it on - hehe
What would happen if you return one of the pages from the fireplace before returning one from another Age? Will it even let you?
I have returned all the pages and now pretty much gotta just put in that code in the fireplace/chimney or whatever that is supposed to be. I CERTAINLY got the code right (page 158, yes?) but it doesn't work when I click the button. it just opens the door from the fireplace again. Any idea what I might do wrong? Could I possibly have missed a page? would that lead to this not working code?
No wonder many ppl don't like Rush Limbaugh. He's an unknown Greater Power who knows all the mysteries and secrets in the Myst epoch lol.
Also, I could not understand I thing Achenar was saying when it went backward.
No, I plan to go straight to the third game, Exile.
I really hate that "Believe me" at 8:02, but not because it's not necessary. In fact, it adds some character, since he's really desperate to convince us. I hate it cause it kinda puts a bitter taste in my mouth, since he's insane. XD

Back when this was first posted, I could have chewed through steel with the amount of frustrated impatience I felt waiting for the next video...
has to do with a political shift that occured between the democratic and republican parties. at one point, they were the opposite of each other now, so democrats were conservative, and republicans liberal. the colors probably represented this.
Ray the Engineer that is far from the truth. _One_ person reversed, not the parties. It was the Republican Party that ended slavery, and was also the Party who overwhelmingly passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Democrats were part of a filibuster against it.
@kucoru16 But then the videos wouldn't make sense. Let's say you bring the fireplace page to Sirrus as his 4th page. Then he'd tell you how to access the fireplace to get his last page, which is the one you just brought him. I was just wondering if there's a different video for this scenario. Probably not.

Yeah I didn't like the easter egg either, even though I have no clue who "Rush whatever" even is. It's just that I'm a communist and I'm not sympathetic towards the guy who the guy in red dislikes. Red is always a more trustworthy color

Rush Limbaugh is an extreme right-wing radio talk show host. He equates the word "conservative" with the word "good", and perhaps more importantly, he finds the words "liberal" and "evil" essentially interchangeable.
Even if you agree with some of his views, his boisterous, pompous hostility gets pretty annoying rather quickly if you ever have the chance to listen to him.
Just do a youtube search and you'll have plenty of examples.

Conservative Republican radio talk show personality.
I don't understand why in the US Republicans are Red and Democrats are Blue, when red is the more liberal colour and blue is the more conservative one. In Canada we have it straight, Liberal pary is red, Progressive Conservative is blue. Way more sense.
Sirrus is a republican because he,s red and rich. and um Achenar is a democrat because hes insane.
