I love the way you did these, not breezing trough the game even though you knew the answers to all the puzzles. It was like a nice field trip, and I could do the puzzles here with you. I like your style. Keep doing your thing.

Well Done. I really enjoyed seeing Myst again. When I first found your realMyst video and started hearing the music I went and took out my Myst and Riven soundtracks which I haven't listened to in a very long time. I haven't played my Myst or Riven games since 1998.
This was one of the best let's plays I've ever seen. Well done. Informative, fascinating, and well-paced. Not to mention, you leave out unnecessary swearing. Nicely done.
OK, I just finished watcing all 34 of these videos. It took me 4 days, but I did it. This guy is good. He is well spoken, has a great sense of humor and obviously made it interesting enough for me to watch the whole thing even though I have played Myst already. Thanks for the fun and the walk down memory lane.
I still have the original game my kids and I loved to play... and I truly enjoyed taking a guided tour through Myst! Thanks!

I have actually sat here for the last five and a half hours and watched it all from the beginning. it's four a.m. here and I should probably go to sleep, but that was real fun. you did a great job.
Awesome LP. Just watched the whole thing, really fun! It's cool how you showed all easter eggs, alternate endings and features. It was a nice alternative to playing realMyst myself, since I can't get the game to work properly here.
Anyway, looking forward to the Exile LP.
I really didn't know about those Easter thanks for showing us. This LP was very fun and entertaining, thank you shadyparadox for taking time out of your days to record this. Myst was an important part of my childhood and this brings back so many memories. And now this playthrough will become one of those memories, thanks again. :) Also I's be lying if I didn't think an FPS game based on the Myst series is a good idea.
Thanks so much for doing this let's play, I actually had a lot of fun watching someone else play a game. I love the Myst series but my logic is superbly inadequate to allow me to actually, you know, play them without cheating. I'd love it if you did Exile, but I see you're doing King's Quest right now. If you would ever get around to it, that would be awesome.

Ahahaa!! Some of those easter eggs are great, especially the planetarium one.
Overall, this was an excellent playthrough/walkthrough. You don't speak and play as if you know everything in advance, making it feel more like the viewer is exploring the game through you. This is my favourite way of doing walkthroughs, and almost nobody does it.
5/5 stars across the board, thanks a bunch! Including yourself in the books was a fantastic touch as well, nicely done from start to finish.
Yay, I finally finished Myst, hehe. Thanks, Shady, for the very enjoyable walkthrough. I could say I wasted 6 precious hours of my life watching these movies, but it does not feel like a waste at all. The drum fill in part 11 still cracks me up, dude, so I guess I will go watch that one a few more times. Hope to see other movies of you soon.

I lost count of how many times I've rewatched this LP, but it's been a few times. It's still one of my favorites. It's a lot of fun and well put together. Dorky and intelligent: My favorite blend.
They are little hidden treasures, just like what the Easter bunny leaves all over the place.
About 16 days till the 2 year anniversary of finishing this Let's Play.

I really enjoyed looking up into this an experienceing the raw....boredom....of this adventure. The short puns and jokes were good as well.

As a tribute to the Torsk egg, I'll drop the AR2 weapon right below the Arrow button when I built my HL2 Myst mod.
I'll also stash the shotgun in the green book's location, the crossbow in the marker switch vault, and a revolver in the safe. And for the gun turret tower, the player will be able to shoot down a gunship with an RPG up there.
just watched part 32-34, but I'm sure the whole series is as much fun as these 3 parts are! very nice work!!!

I've never played realmyst - just Myst, Riven, and the third one plus some of uru(I currently don't have the computer to play uru); so, I watched this for the rime age! It seems like an o.k. addition; better than what many think of it.

In honor of that Gun Turret easter egg, I'm going to make the tower's window glass-less in my HL2 mod, put a rocket launcher at the window's foot, and allow the player to play sniper from there with it.

When I was a child, I had a friend who owned the Myst game. It was so mysterious and challenging for me since I couldn't play it often. I forgot about it for years, and your videos took me back to those fond memories. This was very entertaining! Thank you!
