    I want to thank you for showing us how to get abs! I’ve been trying to get abs. But I’m struggling getting abs. I’m pretty lean. My weight is 180. I go walking up to 6 miles.

    Any recommendation for a substitute for the bicycle crunches? Those were definitely not beginner-friendly if he was kinda struggling to do them too (in the last part).

    Sir have been doing this workout now for around 2 weeks now , I am just 13 and I want a perfect body with a normal amount of height , when I do these exercises like crunches ,etc my neck start stretching , can u pls help me fix these problems 🙏🙏

      Start engaging your core rather than lifting your neck lift your shoulder that might help !! And to increase health you can do stretches and have aswgandha with milk

      It's because you dont maintain the position as you are a beginner you wont be able to hold hallow body posture for a long time so try not having a arched back and keep your hands under your legs to make it a lil easy
