Gonna try this for sure. Great way to make pork chops for the holidays.
And this particular Instant Pot will make several at a time. I think I am going to play around with putting the chops on the rack to see how they turn out that way too. They may end up dry but I won't know until I try it.

I have found so many recipes that have turned out really good. I am definitely a fan.
Mmmmmmm, Those pork chops looked really good and fork tender too. But I think the thicker ones would have been better. That Instant Pot Wide looks like a winner. I just might have to get one of those.
They were very tasty and I agree the thicker would have been even better but I am very happy with how these turned out. So far I have loved having the Instant Pot Wide Plus.

Just purchased a rio wide plus. I have a bunch of medical problems. Doc said eat better or fall over dead. So now I'm learning how to cook.
Do you have any plans to use the slow cooker function on the RIO + ??
My mom made spinach and meatball soup. In a crock pot when I was a kid and I loved it. (Her version of Italian wedding soup)
