Unboxing did NOT show rear- is the cord removable? Suggestion: Next time you produce a ‘comparison’ video pls show which models have removable cords. Thx
Very interesting but it seems that the Rio range is not available in the UK yet. Amazon UK doesn't have it and nor does Instant Pot's UK website. No doubt they will eventually stock it so one to consider in the future. I have a 6L Duo which is in use nearly every day. More than adequate as there is only my adult son and myself now. Must try your chicken recipe. It looks delicious.
Have you tried the slow cooker function on the RIO? I have an older InstantPot and the slow cooker doesn't work. It doesn't get hot enough. But my current slow cooker died so I need a new one!
Rio wide is great for cooking large quantities, batch cooking etc for that I love it. Pro 6 quart is compact & love the preset options in that as well 😊
its good that the bowl is wide and i want to purchase it but o don't see any spare parts like ring or bowl for the future replacement only available for 3,6&8 litres not in 7.5ltr for rio..plz help me in this to decide which one to buy instant pot rio 7.5 or instant pot duo v4
That's right stainless steel pot & ring for Rio wide are not available to buy separately. The only benefit about wide is it has a large base great for cooking whole chicken & large quantities of food. Features & cooking both are the same, if you don't want a wide base go with v4- 6 qt should be good for 6 servings. If you're into meal prep & batch cooking good to get 8 qt- additional bowl & ring can be bought separately as well. Hope this helps, enjoy cooking in IP.

10:19 ingredients is different in my case, after saute, I cancelled everything, put it in rice mode. It was in preheat for like 10 mins (right after I sauted it meaning it had lot of heat already. I got notification good burn. I think I have the 2nd gen Rio wide as I have bigger screen. How to avoid preheating?
Preheating cannot be skipped. After saute cooking ensure the pot hasn’t turned brown & food particles are not stuck to the bottom of the pot especially if there isn’t much liquid in the pot. If the pot has turned brown, add some water & deglaze the pot & then do pressure cooking- you won’t get the burn error. Hope this helps, enjoy cooking in the IP 😊
@@thasneen after the saute, I added rice and little extra than the ratio on the water. After preheating for like 10 mins, it gave the food burn error :(

We could not figure out where the start button was for 45 minutes prior to watching this video. Our start button is so dim, we count t see it at all

It happens that's quite normal. If it keeps venting steam push down the lid, ensure the lid is closed tight :)
