I've been following her for a hot minute, Chappelle is your textbook modern artist. Just because you now have the option to interact with your fans in ways you never could before doesn't mean you should. @@lilij1915 I know, I never said they wasn’t. I was generally speaking but targeting to Chappell.
It’s good seeing young women asserting themselves with what they are comfortable with and being ok with showing their angry side b/c there’s also far too many women in the industry and even tragic cases of even RUclipsrs in the past like Christina Grimmie life being cut shot for not sensing that there’s bad people out there that can harm someone’s life.
It’s cuz the industry is so used to people doing this, that it’s now weird when someone stands up for themselves
I love chappell roan. she's just like my long lost aunt that I found recently (all the way down to the situation and the way she acts/talks). It's so nice to see a pop culture person who reminds me of someone I love :]. If chappell roan somehow, somewhere sees this, just know that you are genuinely loved and respected. ok byesies 🤟🏾
She’s clearly not meant for being famous
She seems to hate fame and it wouldn’t be much of a loss since she just got popular recently
Although, if other artists did or said these things at their start, people would be on their a**
It’s gonna be a good day when Lisaqq posts
Awww
People shouldn't attack our beloved CHAPPELL ROAN!
How is Chappell the rude one if the photographer said shut the f*ck up first 💀 she just stood up for herself and setting boundaries is a good thing
off topic but i luv the gir hoodie 🙏🙏
She’s giving the paparazzi the Tobey Maguire treatment and I’m here for it
Hii!! I'm new here and i wanna say I love your makeup! :D
Did he not say "I'm not gonna stfu. She missed a spot?" She was either defending herself or someone else. She's a badass and that threatens some people. Oh well.
Only because she is a celebrity dosen't mean she don't have fellings♡
“chappell roan is so rude!!!” no??? she just has boundaries that you don’t know how to respect??
In my opinion Bawitdaba, da bang, da dang diggy diggy
Diggy, said the boogie, said up jump the boogie, da bang, da dang diggy diggy
Diggy, said the boogie, said up jump the boogie
This is so relatable! Happy your spreading awareness 😊😊😊
@@DZTea345 my name is kid rock
@@Bigmanavo1 Hi kid rock
Why does fame seem to make life rough?
I dont have tiktok and i dont scroll on youtube shorts but i have heard her songs from my brothsr but my brother likes Taylor Swift and im scared of Taylor Swift, some of her fans, and her music so im scared to listen to any other music artist my brother likes 😬 but yeah i agree a celebrities boundries exist
Why is it suddenly so wrong to establish boundaries? Chappell Roan is literally a human being like the rest of us, she deserves to state anything that makes her feel uncomfortable. I genuinely don’t understand how some people get pissed over something as valid and simple as that, being respectful and understanding is not hard at all. (Love your makeup btw!⭐️
Thank youuuu
what i think happened (i think i heard this from someone) : the photographers were yelling at her to do different poses for their photos and i think the one that said shut up was telling another photographer that because they wanted to get a good photo and chappell maybee misunderstood.
people can pipe down.
ppl are mad at her bc she doesn’t want to take pics with strangers and defending herself. then again, if she didn’t, ppl would call her a doormat. no one can ever win.
I literally have the same skeleton lights as you!
Chappel Roan is just how we act at a daily basis.
No one hates her, she just made everyone love her more haha.
Exactlyyy
HELP. I NEVER KNEW HER.
awesome video , love your channel , do you have a printed version of that one photo of gerard laying on ray toro in the background or am i hallucinating
Yes I do hehe!!! Thanks you so much it means a lot❤️🖤
her response is justified, but she’s just complaining a ton like literally so much it’s irritating and her music is bland and her voice. not enough talent, but that’s just my opinion on it.
I would keep complaining, too if it happened repeatedly💀
@@justkat9148NO EXACTLY she got assaulted. literally sexually assaulted. ppl need empathy smh
@@justkat9148 SERIOUSLY AND GIRL OBVIOUSLY HAS THE VOICE SO MANY VOCAL COACHES PRAISED HER
@@justkat9148 LITERALLY
Thanks for honest comment!
She's changing the game with setting boundaries and people are being weird about it
Right why are they complaining
You said this perfectly!
Tbh i don't think she deserves the fame in the sapphic community. Not because i think shes rude, she has every right to set boundaries on her part. I just think that the music in the sappic community is ass, and Chappell Roan is making it worse. Its nice for a sapphic community to get together with music, but not when its just the same shitty dance pop music. I want some underground punk/metal subgenres involved or any source of diverse music for the queers, but thats just me yk.
You can not like her style of music but calling it ass is ridiculous 😭
It’s okay if it’s not your style, and I also wish for more alternative artist representing the community, but I don’t see why Chappell Roan specifically is under fire tho
@@SillyLittleEarthling ur opinion is valid. But why would it be ridiculous to call it ass when it's just an expression of how I feel abt the music style. You have every right to say it's not ass and I wouldn't give you shit for it.
@@lisaqqq I don't think she deserves the hate for making music. It's just the disappointment i feel abt the relationship between the sapphic community and the music associated with it. As someone who is "underground poser" I just miss the lesbian punk association yk?
@@SillyLittleEarthling also I wasn't just talking abt Chappell Roans music style being ass, I'm talking abt every sapphic pop artist.
I think he said "stfu she missed her spot"
There is so much uncertainty about this situation..
@@heartsforwinona Yes he was talking to a fellow photographer
I feel like the photographer was yelling at another person and was yelling at the other ppl taking photos but after she yelled back the photographer tried getting her in trouble so( when I say this I mean sarcastically) HOW DARE SHE STAND UP FOR HERSELF OMG 😱( nothing rude towards anyone tho)
Righttt
people are just looking for every tiny reason to cancel her and to destroy her self esteem.
Honestly id go mad by this point if i was her like why do people just randomly think theyre sooo entitled to her attention
I actually admire her so much cuz she stands up for herself and doesn't tolerate shit. more women in the music industry should be like her. the only thing I don't agree with that she's done is cancel a show without an actual reason. I mean her reason I believe was that she was tired but unless you physically can't preform you have to, people pay thousands of dollars for the tickets and traveling. but obviously everyone makes mistakes so idk why people are still harassing her. like leave her alone dude
I have no idea who this woman is.
I feel sooo old.
Its okay i will aways keep u up to date
the more i watch your videos the more realise how big the rock is i am living under. or it’s just cause i don’t use tik tok lol
It’s okay I will keep you up to date!
I love my queen 4ever
girlie needs a better pr team because even if she makes a good point the way she presents it is just so unneccesarily whiny... i don't have anything against her, i like her music but its obvious that shes just not ready for the amount of fame she got overnight, she needs someone to teach her how to handle herself as a public figure
she doesn’t need pr. people like that she’s real & genuine
@@andywandy9591 you can be genuine without sounding childish, but thats just my opinion 🤷
@@miamiau-p7n cool.
I think her addressing fans directly in her own words is way better than writing a script or soulessly issuing an emotionless statement from pr team. You can clearly hear how much fans stalking affects her emotionally
No. Not everyone will understand that. Not everyone is like us good fans thats understands her. Remember she's so famous and the spotlight is on her. A. Very good pr team will be very helpful. @@andywandy9591
Like she js has boundaries and she gets hate for it unfortunately
Lil miss can’t handle the pressure needs therapy & bodyguards. So tired of hearing about how hard it is to be rich & famous from out of touch narcissists.
Stalker Sarah is Shook.
Im gonna make a video abt stalker sarah!!
Y’all got to stop she is just proving that she doesn’t want to be pushed around and she doesn’t want to take pic is rude now 😒I love Chappell
I’m not the biggest Chappell Roan fan, I like some of her songs but idk why but something about her personality just never sat right with me. I think that she deserves her privacy but she also needs to treat this career like any other job. You don’t just cancel shows on such a short notice just like you don’t leave in the middle of work cause you don’t wanna be there. It’s just a certain level of professionalism that she’s missing and I think she should take a step back and really think if she wants this or not.
Honestly I’ve become more of a fan of hers after the backlash against her. It reminds me of Sinead O’Connor and how she wouldn’t take anything from the media. It’s really punk rock of her!
Yea people just up and then VERY down on her like she just a human and she did nothing wrong (except nun outfit idk)
i feel like if u dont like her being real just dont be her fan? sell those tickets girl 😊
I've been following her for a hot minute, Chappelle is your textbook modern artist. Just because you now have the option to interact with your fans in ways you never could before doesn't mean you should.
She basically lost the two perceived identities that she built up with her fans, the "real and rude celebrity" after she basically and reasonably took a break due to the backlash. And those who assumed she had a certain political leaning.
She probably needs to work on her boundaries more. You can't keep it real but fold when others do the same. With all the time she spent building her fame, I don't think she actually wanted it and is speedrunning the fall
“Real and rude” were the identities she built? Rude?
@@lilij1915 I'm looking for the part where i said built and cant seem to find it, where did you happen to find that? I said perceived, as in it's what the "fans" think of her.
@@larrywoolfolk8224 “two perceived identities she built up with her fans”. I was just curious what those two identities were 🍊
Nice nirvana album
Also I’m sorry if this comes off as rude but if it was a dude no one would care if he got cussed out it happens a lot now and no one cares again sorry if it came off rude
No I agree!
She a person. From the people that know her I’ve met. She’s a nice person but you gotta let this all sink in for her and give her space. She just got famous treat her boundaries like yours you wouldn’t want to me taken photos of without permission or touched by people you don’t know. Ask. And if the awnser is no then it’s no
I agree
She's ain't ginger, that's just straight red
You just earned a new sub🤭
