First of all thank you so much sir for giving these exercises to us Aur sir meri problem ye hai ki mujhe bhi abhi ek month se to back head region me pain rehta tha sirf head me right side aur baki kabhi kabhi neck stiff hui h but wo ek do din m thk ho jati thi pr abhi do din se mne kuch exercise kri neck ki to mujhe ab neck se le kr poore uss region tk pain hai mtlb jab baitho to nahi hota aur jb Leto aur right side turn kro neck to pooraaa ear ke peechhe aur neeche se poora wo right side region even temporal region tk aata hai wo pain sirf let kr turn krne pr right side hi h wo pain aur kbhi kbar jb neeche head krke turn kro to pain ekdum spasm JSA sar me ataa hai back head me main bhi medical student hu smjh ni aata kaise poore din padhu aur sir upper back pain to mujhe 2 years se hai

Mujhe b neck pain h ye problem mujhe 3-4 month me ek baar hota h aur upper back b pain hota h jaisa aapne btaya ki ear k pas back side b pain hota jab b aisi problem hoti h to mujhe fever b hota h jab tak ye excercise se sahi nahi ho jata mujhe kya karna chahiye 🙏 plz suggest kare.
Yahi exercise kare. Soft pillow ka use kare. Mobile ka use karte samay apni neck ko sidha rakhe. Posture ko correct rakhe. Halki garm pani ki sikai kar sakte h

Thank you so much.. U should take proper physiotherapy treatment.. Heating nd physical exercise.. U need posture corrections also.. Avoid high pilow

Long sitting me half n hour ke bad break le. Nd neck streching nd exercise kare. 1 to 2 rep. Continues posture ko avoid kare
