Almost broke my streak of 72 days of workouts to a really tough and emotional day, but my teen daughter forced me to workout saying she would make dinner because she didn't want me to break that streak of all I've accomplished. So glad I did it and grateful for my girl!

Happy Monday All! I finished this workout despite all the mommy duty and other distractions. I loved all the new moves. I was a little disoriented on the knee and shoulder taps. LoL! I wasn't able to do more than 3 snatches in every round. Goofed up on the last sumo and curtsey superset too. Forgot to alternate in the last two rounds. We admire and love all that you do for us Sydney and this squad rocks!

Great great workout this morning Sydney- exactly what I needed! I’m focusing this week on more sleep and decreasing my stress- controlling what I can control, which is ME and how I allow things to affect me. I travel on a plane weekly for work so I do the best I can in regards to nutrition. I eat well and I am a RD so I have that in my corner😁🔥💪🏻
Great workout! Two things I will focus on this week is more patiences with my family and one co-worker that just always gets under my skin. Second - macros and trying to hit those numbers!!

And of course to stay consistent with my food journaling and workouts!! Possibly of adding walking addition to these workouts! Thanks to you I can say a lot about my physical improvements in the last month. I've gone up in weights, my hips aren't swiveling, and I did plank taps with 1 leg up. Yeah!!
Loved this! I mentally resist using weights during HIIT because seriously HIIT is tough enough... but this was awesome. I'm going to take my commitment to working out and apply it to: 1. My sleep schedule (lol it seriously needs help!) 2. My faith and prayer life!

Sydney I think when there are combo movements such as the inch worm and snatch we could do 45 secs. That's what I usually do anyway I pause the video and go an extra 15. Love the walk and goblet squat. It's night where I'm at and I feel so tempted to jumpy right into this routine right now lol. Gonna try this tomorrow for sure.

Agreed. The inch worms are slower and then after the snatch and turn around the time goes waaaay fast! This was an amazing workout tho.
