@@AdventuresAwait123 When you take out the chatter and just use logic it is simple. Also do you jaw exercises (not just chewing) and stretch your tmj muscles after then a gentle massage for a minute and you're all set.

What if I can't breath when I try?
same, even when i breath with my nose during mewing the tongue comes down,no matter what i try it dosent stay up.I couldnt find any suitable video that talked about that problem.Its really difficult,it feels like i'll suffocate if i dont let the back 3rd of my tongue down
@@captain_crackhead5690how wide is your palate? Narrow palates make it difficult to mew. Dr Mew did talk about struggles of mewing with narrow palate in an old video. You MAY need a palate expander IF it is narrow.

Sir I have caused facial asymmetry due to improper hard mewing then after lots of research on YT I realised my hips were not balanced causing an entire disbalance in my body that's why one side of my tongue was not pushing much compared to the other side of tongue can you please tell me a solution to fix it also when I try to mew by your given method, after creating a suction I can't breathe with my nose and when I do the suction hold loses causing my tongue to settle down please tell me a solution doctor
Take an almond and put it on the back of the weaker side and push on it. Make sure ur tongue doesn't touch the more developed side

Dont worry about if you're cooked because everyone should be mewing (properly) anyway, so you only have benefits to gain. If you're asking about whether u need additional intervention that depends on your case and you should seek help from an orthotropist
