    Getting your Complaint Resolved Quickly
    For once I'm not going to give you legal advice this today. I'm going to give you a bit of practical advice.
    Have you ever made a complaint? Did the complaint fall on deaf ears? You may have made the complaint about something you bought or a service that you've received or all variety of different things.
    You might not want to take them to Court, you may not be bothered taking them to Court, you may not have the money to take them to Court; you may not have the expertise; and your complaint’s gone unanswered.
    There is one other way of complaining which is becoming very popular now. And it's worth pursuing. First of all, let me tell you why.
    Remember that if you complain to a Company the only people that see your complaint is the Company. Nobody else sees it. And that's why they don't take it that seriously very often.
    However, if you complain on Twitter or Facebook, everybody sees your complaint.
    So if you're going to complain to a Company, and they have a Twitter presence or Facebook page; complain on there and see how quickly your complaint is dealt with….Social media the best customer service tool there is.
