Thank you for this practice. I am having a challenging time with my knees which makes it hard to do standing practices. This was a perfect class to get a good stretch but not feel knee pain. ❤

I agree. Im new to yoga and i love it. I just had surgery a few days ago so can't move my arms around right now. I miss these exercises and am starting to go crazy being so non-productive. Lol
I understand how frustrating it is not to be able to move. Deep breathing exercises will help you to recover faster. Remember! There are still many things you can do. 💖👍

It would be great if you’d share a longer chair yoga session…45 minutes to an hour would be great! I live where there is only one yoga studio offering chair yoga once a week and it’s just not enough for me and too far to drive for little effect. Thank you for considering a longer class.
