    I love bodyweight exercises/workouts as i don’t use dumbells. I know we hear a lot about post menopause women and the benefits of using weights/strength training, but for those of us who feel unable to lift weights, would you say that bodyweight exercises can still help to keep our bones strong? 🙏🏻💜
