Me too! Ended up teaching it at school, then got into a lifelong career in fitness. But it all started with Jane and her book, record, then original video. But this one and the Challenge were my daily favorites.

I remember doing this as a teen on my moms old VHS and could just about get through it. Gonna try again see how i get on. Im in my 40s now and remember that song word for word 😂
They don't make them like this anymore !! I bought this video at a jumble sale when I was about 12 and done at least some of it most days it helped me through all my insecurities! Thank you so much for putting it on here I'll go back to doing it again regularly. I still know all the words to Lesley's song ! Thank you for helping me escape and enjoy keeping fit! ❤

They are intense, lol. But they also work! 😊
Compared to what people do today, they are intense!
You can start off slowly, modify, have a ball and it will still work. 😊
